gettin’ SAUCAY 💃🏼 with this sriracha tahini sauce. 3 ingredients, ready in seconds, and absolutely scrumptious with just about anything (and I mean anything... think salads, eggs, veggies, used as a dip for... well anything really) pictured here with my almond & hemp crusted nuggets - you can find that recipe a couple posts back 👈🏽👈🏽
fo the sauce:
2 parts tahini
1 part sriracha
1/2 part coconut aminos
3 parts water (or enough for desired consistency)
**i used tsp measurements of the above ratios, but with these measurements you can make as little or as much as you’d like! I suggest making a whole bunch and keeping the extras in the fridge! but be warned, it will go fast😋

Final week of my first mesocycle post show. My focus was to gradually work into less volume but higher load on my main compound lifts in addition to slowly building back my metabolism through increased weekly caloric totals. I’ve managed to stay within my target of adding 0.5/1 kg of mass per week back onto my body. 7 weeks post show and I’ve regained 7 kg bringing me from 68 kg to 74.8kg.
Even though my competition is now in the past, and I have no plan in the immediate future to do another show, I have clear set goals to keep me focused. Without goals our training lacks direction which in return often causes dips in motivation and consistency. If you are struggling to set clear targets for yourself, please feel free to message me for some guidance, I would be more than happy to help🙏🏻💪🏻
No, I'm not at the North Pole! ❄️This photo was taken on a frigid day in Chicago when @rydinare and I took a boat ride even though we had to fully winter up with down coats, hats, and gloves. ☃️ It felt suuuuuper cold at first, but once we started moving around and seeing the sights, the cool air was actually quite refreshing! 🙌 After the boat ride, we took a walk around the city!
Just because winter weather is officially here doesn't mean there aren't plenty of ways to get activity in! Take a walk around the neighborhood to see the holiday lights 🎄. If there’s snow on the ground where you live, head outside and build a snowman or snow mermaid 🧜♀️, take the kids sledding 🛷, or try snowshoeing for the first time!🏃♀️If you're feeling really too cold to be outside, try this: In Florida 🌞 where I grew up, it's a "thing" to grab a friend on a cold day and go for a power walk around Walmart to get your exercise in!
