I have literally eaten this breakfast EVERYDAY for the past two weeks! Not bored yet😋 (GF) toast, kerrygold butter, two organic cage free eggs over easy with garlic powder, fresh ground pepper and pink himalayan salt, half of a perfectly ripe avocado, sriracha, and organic spinach on the side! 👌🏼 I used kerrygold on my toast this morning but usually I use some @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil mayonnaise... They blend some rosemary extract into their recipe which is a nice touch and gives a unique flavor. Recently I have been reading the book 'the plant paradox' and have been learning some behind the scenes info about foods... For example... It made me look at my mayo labels and realize the my canola oil mayo and olive oil mayos weren't purely made of just those oils. They were blended with so many other oils.. That aren't the greatest for you. And I... LOVE mayonnaise and condiments so I'm not giving those up anytime soon! So I was on pursuit to find more carefully and mindfully crafted brands. (Primal kitchens salad dressings are amazing too btw!) Also, after not eating butter for SEVEN YEARS because I'm lactose intolerant, I found out in this book that European cows have a different protein in their milk then American cows. Something about A1 & A2 proteins (I'd have to go back and look to get the full breakdown and explanation)... But I had heard a bit about that recently from other outlets so I decided to try some @kerrygoldusa | @kerrygoldirl butter (double checked packaging & made sure it was from overseas) and I HAVE NEVER LOOKED BACK. Of course when I need to make dairy free versions of things I will use my trusty @earthbalance vegan butter... But kerrygold is here to stay😍
