I admire people like David Goggins because I've had a similar childhood like him and I always felt hate towards those who have hurt me. When I did my first marathon I didn't do it to prove a point, I did it because I wanted to challenge myself. I learned so much from that full marathon. I didn't have anyone to train with or get a positive feedback from. I managed to pumped myself up and finished with a swollen ankle. I learned from the experience and knew deep down that I wanted to challenge myself every morning to train both body and mind. 185 felt easy but as I got to 225 I couldn't confidently get it myself, (even though he didnt help🤔) Time to work HARDER!
I have had a hard time with my hips and pelvic area this pregnancy 😓 so I'm hoping that this prenatal yoga program helps with that 🙏 so far I really like it and I'm excited to see how my body responds to it 😊

Only you Jehovah for over 2yrs I couldn't train my legs like I wanted to because of my 3 surgeries....
