Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it is integral that you choose carefully what you eat in the morning. But if you skip it, you tend to gain more weight than losing any of it, as desired. However, its quality is more important than actually eating it.
If you have too light a breakfast such as only cereals or toast, you tend to get hungrier faster, prompting the need to nibble on a high sugar or sweet snack. Most of us struggle to gain control over their eating.

Recently I have been spending more time on my aerial silks having fun in the trees. I record video to compare and correct myself in efforts to become better.
Initially I look at the video to correct my flaws, not often enough do I look at the video to enjoy what I am doing right.
I think it is important to find the beauty and the strength in everything regardless of the situation or circumstance.
It's easy to forget how strong and how focused we really are. Sometimes we just feel like we are never doing enough often times getting too wrapped up in the moment. The point is , you are enough. Just by attending life everyday you my friend are doing enough. More people should be lifted up and complimented on what they are doing in general and less of what their not doing. The fact we are even here and have this opportunity called life, we're blessed beings. I love you. •
