Let's talk about a hollow position when we're doing pushups. I feel this is the most practical way to address the issues people will see when learning or advancing their pushup. You'll notice a lot of the movements seems quiet similar and that's because it really is! It's about the subtle changes that affect the exercise as a whole, these small things often get overlooked and people end up struggling to figure out why their pushups look the way they do.
Pay close attention to this one, hopefully I've given enough examples to get the idea across!

Back when I worked at the college Pilates studio. One of the perks of working there is unlimited use of the reformer and other apparatus. It’s been a year since since I left and I miss seeing students learn and improve in their Pilates practice. Can’t believe it’s been a year!

So i managed to figure out how to do the first stage of a #pullover . Actually I managed to go all the way into the #frontsupport part but only once and I wasn't filming it. Also to be fair, it feels more like my body figured it out more than myself... If that even makes sense to you (it does to me 🙃)
So @innerwestgymnastics is moving and I wanted to capture something in this gym that has given me so much in so little time. I was happy to get some footage of me finally figuring out one of the basic skills that I'll be improving on and having fun with for the rest of my life.
