Front squats with barbell. 20kgs. 4 sets×15 reps.

Previously, it used to be 3 sets (15, 15 & 10). I find this extremely difficult compared to the back squats (will post a video of that too). Yet another exercise which took a hell lot of hardwork, time & patience. Still feel I could squat slightly more, but for now, I am happy with the target-60 achievement.
A high-five from my "ever khadus" trainer after I finished the sets made me feel super good about myself. 
Looking forward to doing this with heavier weights now. 
Other target: Have to restart eating healthy & clean. Today is a good day to start!

Some of the things I did Saturday at the gym. My first day overhead squatting since April 22 (last day I've done a full snatch). I had slight pain but I kept the weight light enough to have no pain during it. But boyyyyy, I've been in pain ALL day 🙄😡😡😡 just when I think I'm almost recovered, my knee reminds me that it's not there yet.

Leg press: 20, 16, 12, AMRAP

T-bar RDL's: 16, 12, 8, AMRAP. I saw these amd figured I'd give them a try. I had to use 25 lb plates so I could make the ROM longer... All I gotta say is these torch your fucking glutes so good... Day Fifty-eight: If you hear me raving about a big, beautiful rack I saw today, don't think I'm some kind of objectifying pervert. I simply visited the Old Town-Orono YMCA, and was pleasantly shocked at how nice their weight room is! I hate to say it, but I might like it more than my local Y in Bangor. They've got two power racks, a heavy-duty trap bar that I didn't have to supply, a great selection of Cybex pieces (including a killer pulldown, and standing leg curl), two Stepmills, and well-maintained equipment in general (I didn't have to search for a barbell that wasn't warped!). Definitely worth the 15-minute drive, and I'm sure to be back.

Today's session: Full-body

Front squat: 3 x 3/3/3 @ 70/80/90% of 1RM
Standing leg curl: 3 x 15
Dumbbell bench press: 3 x 5-6
Machine pulldown: 3 x 10-12
Machine preacher curl: 3 x 8-10
Band pullapart: 3 x 25-30

#frontsquats were suppose to be a set of 6 but ya boii pre-exhausted a little too much. I like incorporating my compound movement a few exercises into the workout specially when it comes to legs. I struggle a lot to get a good connection specially when the weight gets heavy. By getting more blood into the muscle before heavy movements I’m able to actually feel contractions more so I can control the weight better from point A to point B. #qualityoverquantity 🦍

You can have strength with your mobility by supersetting them. Like bangers with your mash. Or ketchup with your fries. Woot woot!

Use a 20 sec/40 sec timer (thanks @garagefitnessgirl!). I did 3 supersets, each set for 3-5 rounds before moving onto the next pair:

1A) Deadlifts x 20 secs
1B) Beast Waves x 40 secs

2A) Front squats x 20 secs
2B) Crab Reaches x 40secs

3A) Pull ups x 20 secs
3B) Underswitches x 40 sec
(Not filmed 🤦🏻‍♀️. I have made a video of this in the past. Stroll down). It feels so good to lift heavy and give back to my body at the same time. Save this and give it a try!

It’s very easy to get discouraged when a movement you struggle with is thrown into the competition.  However, if constructed properly, a team is built for one member’s strengths to offset another member’s weaknesses.  And that’s exactly what we had yesterday.  We knew when to lean on a teammate during times of difficulty, while also recognizing when we needed to carry more of the workload.  I can’t be more proud of how yesterday went.  We were achieving PRs left and right, and having a blast in the process. Some days I want to make excuses to not do the work...then I get mad at myself for it..cuz the truth is anything I get out in the garage and do is better than any excuse I can create to not do it! 650ww na dzień, a tutaj dalej zarys jakiś jest, ile muszę jeść aby troszkę ulało, mam zamiar to sprawdzić gdzie jest ta magiczna bariera. Jeszcze nigdy nie miałem ulanych, masywnych nóg i dalej ciężko o ten cel. 
Od września wchodzę na jeszcze wyższe kalorie, myślę że bd zbliżał się do 5000kcal na dzień. Cel postawiony więc tylko na tym się skupiam.
