Victorian pulling drill / A few straight arm moves look so simple yet so HARD as this one / It absolutely destroys the lats, triceps long-head, posterior delts and mid traps / The ideal woud be between two high boxes but chairs works just fine! 😏💪

기존 레버 훈련의 오랜 기간 휴식과 정체기가 겹쳐
훈련방법을 정적인 동작에서 동적인 동작으로 바꿔보았다. 막힐 때는 같은 방식으로 돌파하려하기 보다는 다른 방법을 써보는 것도 좋은 방법이다.
동작 난이도는 한 단계 내렸지만 풀 동작이다 보니 확실히 힘들다. 등받이 없이 드래곤플래그 하는 느낌이랄까 ㅎㅎ 드래곤플래그 훈련으로 프론트레버 향상에 많은 효과를 얻었던 경험이 있으니 아마 이 동작도 현재 프론트레버 향상에 도움을 많이 줄 듯 하다.
최종 목표는 7회 6셋트
Negative Front Lever. 🤙
Nice improvements here, much slower & more controlled. I've never liked the straddle (holds), so I'm gonna spend more time with these to bridge the gap & hit my (first) Front Lever goal; a 2s hold.

I welcome every tiny sign of progress when it comes to Straight-Arm strength.. It's a slow-ass process (especially) when being 184cm (6.1'in), 86kg (190lbs) with giraffe legs.. 😱😅

WIDE-GRIP FRONT LEVER PULLS / Auxiliary/neural hypertrophy work for Victorian
This is harder than any straight arm pull I ever done before and add the thick-bar (8cm diameter), you have a killer! 😬💪 Harder than this I can only imagine an "inverted Zanetti" on rings: victorian hold > lower to front lever > pull back to victorian 😳😲
Been working on this for the past few months. Front lever complete. Next physical goal is free standing handstand push ups. Limitations are only in your mind. We are capable of so much more than we're led to believe.
