From this day forward, please promise me you’ll stop making terrible, soggy Brussel Sprouts? Recipe: Put 2 satchels trimmed, dry Brussel sprouts in a cast iron skillet with about a cup of preheated (medium heat) olive oil (WHAT?! You don’t own a cast iron skillet?! You’re dead to me). Stir often until golden brown. Add tsp of Celtic sea salt about halfway through and 4 cloves of minced garlic in the last minute of cooking.
