SNEAK PEEK INTO THE JESUS STORY BOOK BIBLE
I often get asked for bibles your children can use. Most often I recommend The Jesus Story Book Bible and I think this Bible is great for any age. It brings God's word to life and I often recommend it as the go to Bible for Bible study at home, in school or children's church.
The audio version is also superb. I usually have it on playing with speakers, it's so interesting to listen to.
Out of options for something good to read with your children? A chapter a day of this bible gives you plenty to read.

Another rainy day, another stack of pancakes 🥞🥞
The base of this was actually @keepupwithliv's Lemon Chia Pancakes, but since I only had chocolate almond milk, I just decided to add in cacao powder and omit the lemon juice/extract. Of course, I added in @nateralife's vanilla protein powder for some more protein but this delicious stack was also loaded with healthy fats from the coconut flour!
Everyone talks about it. Everyone likes to "show" it. But do YOU really understand it?

Dear mama Struggling to Hold Her Sh*t Together,
I have something important to tell you, mama, I don't see you.
But, don't stop reading just yet.
Please hear me out, It's true I don't see you, but I know what you are going through.
know that these days you are almost always exhausted and fueled by caffeine and anxiety. ☕️😬
I know that you try your best to be a good mother, partner, daughter and friend, but all too often feel like you are failing at all of them.
I know that more than once a day you scream on the inside, "There's only one of me!"
I know you feel deep mommy love, as well as deep mommy guilt for not being the person you think you should be.
I know there are days when you feel like you want to run away, but then decide to just sit in your car in the grocery store parking lot a little longer then necessary just to be alone.
I know the weight of responsibility sometimes feels so heavy you can barely move.
I know your "to do" list is full of things like: make dentist appointments, go grocery shopping, clean the bathrooms, do dishes, do laundry, plan birthdays months in advance, schedule play dates, "what's for dinner?" and don't forget to take a shower.
I know you struggle with balancing these things while also raising your little humans, and it can all feel like too much for one person to manage.
I know you worry that you are not patient enough, present enough, fun enough, or even enough at all.
I know too often you feel overwhelmed, disorganized and flawed.
I know all these things because I feel them too. I don't see you,
but I am you.
I don't see you because you don't let it show. Like me, you wear a brave mask. You smile to hide your stress, even on the bad days. You get up everyday, put yourself together and do what needs to be done.
You are strong. 💪🏼You are Mom. 🌟

Happy Friday y'all!! Whew! This has been a week!! And let me tell you I'm thankful it's almost over.
I still have to get through work this morning so I'm putting it out into the universe that today is going to be a fabulous day!! I'm all about positive thinking and positive mindset. It's been hard staying positive this week when most of the days I've felt overwhelmed and defeated.
But I try to do just that. I try to stay as positive as I can because I can't change all the craziness around me but I can look at it from a different perspective. I can see the good in the crazy and I can have fun with it. My way of doing that is typically to dance out the negative and to just keep looking forward to the positive that's about to come.
How do y'all overcome a crazy week/ day??
