Thomas, leaving for his wedding. An old favourite from one of my most memorable weddings: the most beautiful getting ready spot in Thomas’s brother’s Edinburgh flat, the warmest, kindest couple, Claudia’s captivating speech, long, family-style tables set up in the sanctuary of @centralchurched, and delicate illustrated details. I’ll always be grateful to @colinianross for bringing me along on this one. ♥️🙌🏻
Hey guys! It’s been a while since I’ve introduced myself. We are getting ready to launch #fridayintroductions again, but I figured I’d take this typical #tuesday night to tell you a few quick things. -
My name’s Kaity Gould & I co-own Fort Smith Coffee Co. with my husband, Gabe. You’ll usually find me in the shop with a messy bun, chapstick & smile. -
I handle the social media side of our business & take most of the photos you see in our feed. -
I’ve wanted to have my own coffee shop, since we lived in Sydney, Australia fourteen years ago. -
Since that time, we’ve had 4 kids, moved around a lot & landed back in Fort Smith as our forever home. -
That’s all I’ll share tonight because, truthfully, I’m wiped out from an already busy week!! Love you all very much. Sweet dreams, friends. ✨ 📷: @shots.by.jess

And since it's Friday, here's a little #fridayintroductions for anyone who's interested!
1. I'm a Psychology PhD student by day-- lettering helps me de-stress!
2. My husband @chenghofung is also a PhD student, plus an amazing photographer! (He took this picture! 📷)
3. I hate the sound of velcro. Don't know how that developed, but I've flinched at that sound for as long as I can remember 😂
Hey Boss Ladies!
Please share with us the most rewarding thing you did today and why it meant so much! We'd love to hear what you all have going on.
Also, count this as a reminder that you have ONE WEEK to purchase your pass to the Ready Set AIM Summit, which will also be a rewarding experience.
Not only will you get so much out of it, but you will also have the opportunity to pour into others.
Join Us!!! #readysetAIM
I have yet to really introduce myself on my feed. If you haven’t figured it out I’m Kelly the woman behind the lens. This is a self-portrait I took on my two-acre property in Placerville, California. I live there with my two loves: my son and husband, plus we have 12 chickens, 6 annoying roosters, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. I love being so close to the mountains and seeing the wildlife walk through my yard! I used to hate being photographed, but I realized that it’s important for my son to see me in his memories. So I stopped caring how pretty I look in pictures as long as I am in them. We are our own harshest critics anyway.
Here a few facts about me:
1) I love nature! I love hiking, kayaking, and being outside with my family. My first love will always be landscape and nature photography. (I’m working on another profile for this). I’m always looking for new places to explore and there are tons of amazing options around here.
2) I really love making good food and I have an obsession with cookbooks. I have about 5 shelves filled with cookbooks. I love Alton Brown and have all of his Good Eats cookbooks. I also love Yotam Ottolenghi because he makes the most amazing veggie dishes I have ever had in my life! My favorite cookbook is the one I made for family members one Christmas that had all our favorite recipes in it.
3) I have a flock of chickens that I never thought I would care for so much. Recently one of them disappeared for two days and I was kind of distraught. I thought she was gone. I was seriously heartbroken over a chicken! Like, who would have thunk it? A chicken? But they are seriously funny and each has little personalities all there own.
4) I love to listen to music of all kinds. I am totally the person to dance around in my kitchen, car and grocery store when I hear a good song. I also love to sing or lip sync. Lip sync battles anyone?
So tell me about yourself. Leave a fun fact I don’t know about you in the comments. I’d love to get to know you better.
It's been ages since I did an introduction around here so here we go. 💕 I'm Rachel, the face behind @rachelparsonsphotography I'm currently living that suburbia life in Gwinnett County with my sweet husband of 5 years and 2 furbabies. We bought our first house last December and spend most of our spare time (and cash 💸) making it our "for now" dream house. I believe in intentionally loving on the space you call home because a home is a haven from the outside world and can be a source of lots of inspiration and good in your life! A few of my greatest earthly loves (in no particular order) are strong black coffee, looking through old family pictures, floral print dresses, a good pair of yoga pants (actual yoga practice optional), southern traditions (the cute, home decor-related ones, not the oppressive racist + sexist ones), the way that the air feels outside in the early morning, quality time with the people I treasure most, day trips to the mountains, randomly gallivanting around new cities, Target (enough said), searching for fun vintage items for my home, taking naps with my dogs, I could go on... Perhaps my greatest earthly passion is capturing authentic emotions in a beautiful, dreamy way on my camera and I'm so grateful every day that this distant desire I had on my heart for a decade is now my full time job (like, what? God is so good, y'all). Still obsessed with these photos from my shoot this summer with @noitran and looking forward to getting creative together at a fun shoot tomorrow!

Isaiah 43:1 “Don’t fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are Mine.” ⠀
I don’t know about you but the enemy is on my back and I’m speaking these words over my life, my children’s lives, my family and friends lives. Who can you speak this over today? ⠀
God actually commands us not to fear, or worry. The phrase “fear not” is used at least 80 times in the Bible, most likely because He knows the enemy uses fear to decrease our hope and limit our victories.⠀
In every battle we face, fear is our fiercest enemy — and the enemy of our souls knows it.⠀
“God wants us to believe His love, walk in His love, and be mentally at peace. He doesn’t want us to live tormented by fear’s driving thoughts that lead to so much worry and stress. God has larger shoulders than we do, and He wants to carry our concerns for us. But we have to mentally hand them over to Him. We have to cast our cares on Him in prayer (1 Peter 5:7). We cannot control the uncontrollable, but we can entrust all of it to God. God doesn’t sleep or slumber, so sometimes I jokingly say, “If you see the devil, tell him I’ve gone to bed,” but really, I’m not joking (Psalm 121:4). If God isn’t sleeping, and He’s watching over me, then there’s no sense in both of us staying up. I know I can trust God to take care of all that I cannot control.”⠀
Excerpted from my newest read Unexpected by @christinecaine ⠀
Let’s speak these truths over every situation life brings. Tag someone who may need this encouragement today.⠀

Happy Tuesday! I realized I have yet to introduce myself on my new insta feed! So, hi! I’m Amanda, the face behind the photos.
I am from a small town in Wisconsin and I turn 29 next week, ah!
I’m a super cliche single girl with three cats, and I love it! They are my babies, and I’m sure you’ll see a lot of their cuteness on here!
Photography is my side gig for now, I also have a full time night shift job.
I am a chocolate addict. I can’t usually go a day (or meal) without it...
My wardrobe consists mostly of sweatpants and crewneck sweatshirts - it’s basically what I live in, all seasons 🤷🏻♀️
I am so thankful for all of you here!
Hello! 💖 Just wanted to take a sec to re-introduce myself around here! I couldn't wait for #fridayintroductions oops 😬🤓. I'm Carie, the chica behind the camera 📷 and this is my very, very sweet hubby, Alfredo, but I call him Alfie. 😊 We've been married 15 years (how is this possible?! 🤔) and we are who you see when you book a session! (Except my hair will no doubt be in a bun or ponytail 😉) I primarily shoot family + senior portraits, plus headshots and I would love to get the opportunity to work with you! I have a few spots left for a fall session. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ Holler if you want to snag one! 🙋
Sticking to your boundaries is one of the hardest things you’ll learn as an entrepreneur, but there’s so much value in knowing what you need to be successful. Think about which areas you’re overextending, and how you can create boundaries that are respectful of others and yourself.
This could mean not answering that phone call, or putting a new client on a waitlist rather than forcing yourself to work longer hours to accommodate their needs. Boundaries can also include deciding when you read your email, when you schedule coffee dates, and when you’re totally unavailable to your customers, clients, or team. What new boundary will you create for yourself this week? #marburymindfulness
I've been back in CA for a little over a week now and I've been loving spending time with some familiar faces! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Moving out of state was hard but coming home & picking up where you left off makes you realize that even though investing in long distance relationships requires a lot more effort the investment of time is 100% worth it.

Hello from behind the camera! Coming at you with a #fridayintroductions on a Monday cuz I’m a rebel 😎 and also impatient ☺️ and ALSO new followers 👋🏻💕 Some random facts about myself:
• I’m an artist at heart! If it’s creative and artsy - I’M HERE FOR IT! I was the child at the dinner table with her crayons and markers, who was also stealing my dad’s video recorder for home movies of my cats, and going through disposable cameras like hot cakes. #nerdalert
• I make the BEST chocolate chip cookies ever. Literally. I will fight you if you disagree.
• I thoroughly enjoy murder mysteries/documentaries. #MyFavoriteMurder shoutout
• If it’s not high-waisted get it away from me
That’s all for now! K bye!
What’s left of my anniversary flowers. 🌹 I pulled these blooms out from a huge bouquet of wilted flowers last night, stuck them in their own mason jar with fresh water, and y’all ... they are THRIVING! 🙌
Seeing these bright roses surrounded by chaos, folded over + struggling one minute, and then standing up tall and refreshed just because of one simple change made me smile. It’s the perfect representation of how life can be sometimes, isn’t it?
Here’s a gentle reminder to remove yourself from the craziness of life sometimes, and JUST BE. Take some space, disconnect, and give yourself the chance to recharge. You can’t pour from an empty cup, and coming back to reality totally refreshed and feeling like your best self is so worth any of the chaos you might miss! ❤️
#fridayintroductions are so 3 days ago, so I’m doing a #mondaymeeting instead! ⬇️
Hey y’all! My name is Drew and I run Clara Joyce Flowers along with an amazing group of gals who help keep this beautiful farm...beautiful! .
I’ve been getting a lot of messages wondering who Clara Joyce is and why I’m growing her flowers...lol...so let me tell you who THEY are! .
I’m very nostalgic when it comes to my families history and have always felt a connection with honoring those who have gone before me. When it came time to create a name for my farm the feeling never wavered. Clara, was the name of several women that kept popping up during my dives into the family archives, one of them being my great-great-great aunt who lived quite the eventual life, if I do say so myself. Joyce, on the other hand, has a much closer tie to me. Joyce was my fathers mother who had passed away before I was born. Joyce was a crafty woman who made sure that the familial trait of design and creativity would not be lost. Well, you could say that her efforts are quite successful. .
Thanks for following along to tonight’s #mondaymeeting ❤️❤️ .

Looks like standing in front of a green screen 🙈😇 BUT FALSE!!! This was the real deal today. Wow, how thankful can one possibly get?? Appreciating the beauty around us is literally so easy to do in times like these. However, what about when life looks terrible? What about when things aren’t going our way? It can be so much harder to see the beauty and count our blessings when nothing is going right. But, let me just say that your situations can’t change your environment. Your ATTITUDE and the way you REACT is what does change your circumstances. Trust me, I’m still working on this too. But I’m so excited to tackle life more and more each day with this way of thinking and putting beauty and thankfulness over negative emotion any day! 🌴 #MondayMotivation
@jumpstartincmp is an amazing organization that "unlocks the full potential of diverse and ambitious entrepreneurs to economically transform entire communities." Their mission lines up so closely with the Ready Set AIM Summit, that the partnership was a no-brainer. We are proud to have them as a sponsor and highlight so many of the services they offer.
Whether you're looking for startup capital or technical assistance, they can certainly help!
Just wanted to pop in and say "Hi!" We've got a few new people following along, so here is a little background about our family for you!
We live on the central coast of CA in a VERY small house. We have 4 daughters and a 5th baby on the way! This is our second official year of homeschooling and we love it!
Random facts about me:
1. I love baking bread: artisan, french, rolls, pretzels, you name it and I definitely need to start buying yeast in bulk because I always run out.🤔
2. In high school I rebuilt a 1966 mustang with my dad and it was my first car. I drove it for 12 years and I still own it. It just doesn't fit 4 car seats 😂
3. We love to travel and adventure and have dreams to build a travel van for family road trips!😍 Thanks for stopping in. Feel free to ask any questions in the comments. Happy Monday!
Hello Autumn! (well in a few days technically) I am so excited for cooler temperatures, and all the autumn scents, colors, and flavors. I think autumn is my favorite season. The only thing that would make it even better is if I lived where the trees turned spectacular colors.
My 5 fall favorites are:
1) cooler temperatures, and knowing its just going to get cooler as winter approaches
2) 'tis the season for apple goodies (and a smattering of pumpkin too)
3) the sandhill cranes will soon make an appearance again, I love watching for the huge flocks of these birds
4) it will be cool enough to have bonfires/campfires
5) that something that makes crisp fall air sooo good to breathe .
What are your favorite things about Autumn?

Inspired by @carolinehaneycreative to do a #MeetMeMonday this week!
My husband surprised me with a kitten not long ago and we named her Cali (of California 🌴), her nicknames usually go something like Cali-Bean🐾, Furry Noodle 😼, Crazy Cali 🐯... she’s a mischievous ball of fun and most of the time she acts like a dog 🐶 Yes, she even plays fetch.
I want to meet your fur babies! Do you have a🐱 or 🐶?? What creative nicknames do you call them?!
P.S. @carolinehaneycreative is a business savvy #socialmedia wiz, show her some love! 👌

I'm excited to add something new around here that I'd like to call #mondayshare and each Monday I'd like to share an authentic nugget about me or my life. For this first time, I'm going to take you way, way, back to the 90s. I was 15 and completely smitten for a boy. I 'asked him out' and we had a few 'dates'. It wasn't terribly long before he told me once that there was a song on the radio that reminded him of me. Fast forward to our next date and that very song came on. It was the UB40 cover of the classic Can't Help Falling In Love With You by none other than Elvis. It became our wedding song. Todd appreciates music but doesn't generally capture much of the lyrics (unless it involves profanity) so the fact that he even noticed the words, to begin with, is pretty special. I also love that with each new rendition by each individual artist, if we're together the first time he hears it, he will notice before the song ends. Insert swoon here. So that's nice but if I'm being real... at the time of this writing, he is currently swearing under his breath at the shower faucet after one of our girls broke it in their newly remodeled bathroom. Just in case you thought we were all wedding songs and rainbows over here.⠀
I’ve done a few #FridayIntroductions before, but I think now it’s time for a #MeetMeMonday incase you’re new to my followers list
I’m Caroline Haney (soon-to-be Dunaway, come March 30)
I’m extremely indecisive
I’m one of the least picky eaters you’ll ever meet, but two things I can’t stand are cheesecake and pie (I know, it’s un-American)
I’m putting my first-ever product (my Hashtag List) up for sale later this week!! But, first, I’ll be running a giveaway contest starting tomorrow (so be sure to watch out for that post)!
Comment below something about you ⤵️

The Yamas could be translated as ethical rules or commandments with the difference that there are a lot of different books talking about different numbers of Yamas. Patanjali (what most Yogis agreed on quoting) lists five Yamas: Ahimsa (non-violence), Satya (truthfulness), Asteya (non-stealing), Brahmacharya (going after the essential), Aparigraha (non-possesivness). At one point I might find time to look deeper into each Yama individually. For now my main interest is in finding ways of bringing these ancient moral concepts into yoga practice and eventually into life. Here are some of my modern interpretations that also serve as intentions: "If I hurt someone else I end up hurting myself." "The truth will set you free. But first it will piss you off." "You can copy all you want but you'll always be one step behind." "Learn to rest not to quit." "Buying nothing is great. But wanting nothing that's freedom." 😇🙏

#Reallife sipping my tea in my robe, loud playful banter behind me (because kids aren't in school and I'm doing a poor job of school with them), trying to finish a client edit on a book proposal, remembering I have a coaching call in 2 hours and a podcast interview (I'm being interviewed) in 4 hours... and I'm debating if I can just stay in my pajamas for it all.🤣
Happy Monday friends!
How's your Monday looking so far?!
‘To marry is the biggest risk in human relations that a person can take. If we commit ourselves to one person for life this is not, as many people think, a rejection of freedom; rather it demands the courage to move into all the risks of freedom, and the risk of love which is permanent; into that love which is not possession, but participation. It takes a lifetime to learn another person. When love is not possession, but participation, then it is part of that co-creation which is our human calling.’ - madeleine l’engle

Hello Monday! I forgot to post this here on Friday so ....#fridayintroductions I’m Casey! My favorite color is purple. Can you tell? I’m the brilliant mind and big dreamer behind Casey Hollins Photography. The face behind the camera, behind the computer, behind the website, behind the social media, and behind it all. And even though I’m behind the scenes all the time in my business, I’m trying to put myself out there more. I’d like you to get to know me, and I’d like to get to know you. Aside from purple, I love clothes and shoes. I have way too many and I hold onto them for too long. The good news is they have come in and out of style. That saves me not only my budget but when I want to pull out an oldie but goodie. 💜💜 #caseyhollinsphotography#seniorphotographer#familyphotographer#virginia#rva#centralva#lakeanna
Recently I've been meeting more and more people who were home schooled. If you didn't know, I was home schooled from 2nd grade through highschool. I know, I don't seem too socially awkward or super amazingly good at math or spelling. Or sentence structure haha. .
I'm wondering who else out there was home schooled. Did you like it? Did you hate it? Would you home school your kids? .

the candle flicker feature of the Desert Mist diffuser might be my favorite part about it (aside from the 100000 benefits I’m also getting from using my essential oils instead of chemical-filled candles 😉🔥) #desertmistdiffuser @younglivingeo
Hi everyone! I’m Kelly, the creator at SunnyTangerine. I didn’t get a chance to do #Fridayintroductions because there was a hurricane headed straight for us. ⠀

Now your turn, what’s your favorite Sunday activity?
Life with actual wings would be amazing. But I feel like we all already have wings because of the way that we chase after our dreams and overcome fears. Never forget that when you are in the midst of tough times, God gives you power to overcome and be victorious. You CAN rise above situations!!! 🙌🏼🤗🦋

I missed #fridayintroductions so I’ll do it today for all my new followers.
I’m Nina, the maker behind @kitzknitz 🙋🏼♀️ I’m 25, believe it or not. I’ve been crocheting for 3 years (I think) and knitting for 2!
Other random pointless facts:
- I prefer rainy days or cold sunny days - However...I don’t like being cold.
- BUT, my feet are always frozen, ask my boyfriend, like little popsicles.
- Currently rewatching The Mindy Project, it is too funny.
- I used to be a bookworm
- I have 3 dogs & 2 cats
- My addiction to sour candy isn’t as bad as it used to be
- Knitting isn’t my full-time job, I teach children with learning disabilities during the day and knit my fingers off at night
- I am scared of driving 😂 I have gotten better about it though!
- I am not as weird as these facts make me seem 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
I need to get back to market prep! I apologize if I wasted your time 😂 Do we have anything in common or is there anything else you’d like to know? 👇🏻🐒
Just want to hop on real quick and do a fun introduction and say WELCOME to all the new faces around here & if you‘ve been here a while, thank you for tagging along this long- so here it goes ✌🏽
✘ as of this summer we ALL have stamps in our passports ✈️
✘ love all things coffee but mostly the flavored creamer AND the mugs ☕️ [can never have enough pretty mugs]
✘ we take the crazy with us anywhere we go. I mean seriously, it’s 1 to 4 but I love my crazy bunch.
✘ every fish I have ever owned has died within weeks. It’s safe to say I’m not a plant or fish lady 🐳 [of that’s even a thing]
✘ I try my hand at random things like card throwing and look up how-to YouTube videos 📹
And that’s it for all the random information for now... have a blessed Friday 🌵
Meet June [aka Juniper or JunieP], also affectionately known as The Terrorist because she’s a high energy, non-stop puppy who’s my office mate whose sole job role is distracting me while I attempt to work.
A lot of people who follow this page, know me from my last business Diva Bootcamp but I wanted to say “Hi👋🏽” and introduce myself & my office mate a bit more.
➡️I rescued June through @ringdogrescue. I’ve fostered & adopted other amazing bully breeds from them, I think they do wonderful, hard work for #bullybreeds
➡️I’m also a massage therapist who used to own her own massage studio which is one of the many reasons I preach #selfcare and #wellness and #bodyacceptance
➡️I stopped teaching fitness classes in February & switched to working with clients to develop or enhance their business. I love it!! I get to 🤓nerd out about #entrepreneurship everyday. Seeing other people succeed & thrive is my jam! When I stopped teaching & running a fitness biz, I didn’t stop working out though.
➡️In fact—I’m training for my first #deadlifting competition 😳. So nervous, but also so excited about the journey. I love lifting heavy & feeling #strongAF 💪🏽
➡️I was once thrown off a bus in the middle of nowhere near the Dead Sea trying to make my way to the Sinai Peninsula. That’s a hilarious story although at the time I was pretty sure I was going to die in the desert.
That’s a wee bit about me. I wanna know more about you—Tell me your most memorable travel adventure or share a random tidbit about yourself🗣💭
