If there's anything that means the Holidays are almost here for me, it's having bowls of juicy little Clementines around the house. Probably the only sweet treat we have that's not smothered in chocolate or frosting!!!! 🍊🍊🍊
Morning fruit of the day: pineapple. Tastes great but did u know pineapples have a natural pain-fighter: bromelain? Great for achy joints or post-workout. Also high in vitamin c, antioxidants and fiber. I threw on some blueberries for an extra antioxidant boost. Yum!
