To me forest is everything. #throwbackthursday to the time when a friend and I climbed over a fence into a nature reserve with our yoga mats (because the main entrance was locked) and we weaved our way through the forest until we encountered this beautiful little space surrounded by tall trees and an omnipresent sense of peace. After an invigorating vinyasa flow session, we decided to climb the nearby trees and whilst sitting on a branch, I noticed this small duiker had come to visit us. He sniffed our yoga mats and then darted away back into the bushes. These pictures aren’t of the best quality but they remind me of one of my favorite days. 🌞🙏🌿
October to do list:
1. Turn the manifestation magic up a notch.
2. Forgive the past & embrace the present.

4. Bust out the mysterious self.

Last weekend I got to help out with my yoga studios Yoga Teacher Training. It was a wonderful experience to give back to something that has made me the person I am today.
At the same time is was a humbling experience to be back in the same space where it all began. To see the eager faces of future yoga teachers. Knowning that just a few years ago I was in that same spot. It made me come back to my roots. Of why I wanted to teach in the first place.
Which is to share my love of this practice. How yoga has helped me blossom. It has me taught me to love myself over and over again. I want to give that experience to others. To give people the safe space to find themselves. To apperciate who they are and not be so hard on themselves. We are all such beautiful creatures. Find a little gratitude in knowing that. It is ok to be you. It is actually more than ok. It is glorious!
Love is the answer. Spread it as much as you can 💖

Doch manchmal gibt es Tage, da spürt man diese good vibes einfach nicht. Auch ich habe solche Tage, doch ich muss zugeben, sie werden seltener! Selbstreflexion ist mir die vergangenen Jahre zunehmend wichtiger geworden und nach und nach spüre ich immer mehr Erfolge zwischen mir und meinen Gedanken. Vor allem wenn ich sauer oder traurig bin, stelle ich mir die Fragen:
1. Kann ich mein ‚Problem‘ ändern? Wenn ja, dann wie? Wenn nein, warum dann negative Gedanken verschwenden?
2. Bringen mich meine negativen Gefühle meinem persönlichen Ziel näher oder haben sie einen nachträglichen, positiven Einfluss? Ja? Dann wird es sich lohnen, diese Zeit zu durchstehen und ich versuche umgehend dankbar dafür zu sein! Ist das nicht der Fall, dann halte ich Abstand.
Zeit ist relativ, deswegen hole ich das meiste aus ihr raus und versuche dabei stets glücklich und ausgeglichen zu sein!
Das wünsche ich auch Dir! Glück und Ausgeglichenheit! ❤️🍀🤸🏽♂️ .
