✖️balsamic glazed grilled chicken with feta and grape tomatoes, sautéed garlic green beans✖️ Keto approved 💪🏻 I cooked the grilled chicken in some extra virgin olive oil and added in a pre made balsamic glaze toward the end. I would recommended making your own glaze with just balsamic vinegar that way your certain there are no added sugars. Topped with feta and grape tomatoes. I used “steam in a bag” green beans but i put them in a pan on high heat with a little bit of garlic and grass fed butter to crisp them up a bit. Noah also enjoyed this meal but I didn’t give him much of the balsamic glaze. My blog will be coming soon where i will provide step by step instructions for all of these recipes 😬🖤

I don’t use them as a meal replacement but rather as a hearty snack, especially in the summer. quick, easy to make & portable. everything I need 🙌🏻 this one is chocolate blueberries with spinach and almond butter. topped it with some granola and you’re good to go! extra ice for thicker consistency. ✌🏻💯✨

I was going to start Vietnamese week today but thanks to an insane workload (and my brother), all I had time to make was my classic go-to basic stir fry (w eggs and any other veggies you happen to have)! I cook it all in a very simple soy sauce/ brown sugar mix that takes seconds to make but will definitely have you reaching for seconds (SEE WHAT I DID? ...let me have this one, I’m exhausted) 😩😩
On the plate: Egg+ cabbage+ onion stir fry with red cabbage+ sesame seeds+ lemon 🍋🍜🍳
