Chile Lime Wings with Bacon Aioli Drizzle
This plate of protein was a quick prep and an easy early dinner.
What you’ll need...
- 1lb chicken wings
- 2T Trader Joe’s Chile Lime Seasoning
- 1/2t pink salt
- 2T Kerrygold butter
- 1T TJs Seasoning
- 2T habanero sauce (or buffalo)
Preheat oven to 350°. Pat dry the wings and place inside a gallon-sized Ziploc bag. Add in the seasoning and salt; shake until fully coated. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until crisp on a cookie rack. (Using foil or parchment paper won’t let the heat circulate properly.)
While the wings are resting, melt the butter in a large bowl and then add the seasoning. Toss the wings until the sauce has fully covered them.
You can use any sauce you like! The aioli I used was store bought.
I was craving the chicken legs my gramma made for us growing up so I found a random recipe online and #ketofied them. God. Damn. They're delish!
I'll post the recipe and my tweaks in my stories for anyone who cares. Haha ❤️
Did someone say noods?
It’s fairly easy to meal prep noodles. You just need the right leak proof containers. Keep the soup separate from the noodles until ready to eat, top with you favourite veggies and meat or whatever you crave.
Ok @kellie_keto I could honestly kiss you for this amazing snack recommendation! 😍😍 THEY TASTE LIKE CHEESY PUFFS! But honestly, I like the texture of these way more than the Cheetos ones I used to eat. 13/10 would buy again (luckily I bought a pack of these little snack bags so I'm good for a while) ❤️❤️❤️
Hello Wednesday and good morning rain ☔️ Woke up today and felt like a warm breakfast. Started to think about the Shakshuka Baked eggs we had @torpecafe a few weeks ago. It has roasted capsicum and tomato ragu, eggplant, 2 eggs, smoked scamorza, egyptian nut dukkah, butter bean hummus, fresh herbs and multigrain toast. The perfect rainy day dish 😋🍳
