Chicken Wraps Recipe
Ingredients
Chicken - ½ kg
Chili pwd - 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric pwd - ¼ tsp
Crushed ginger garlic - 2 tsp
Yoghurt (curd) - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Method
Marinate the chicken with the above ingredients and leave it for about half an hour.
Heat little oil in a pan and fry the chicken increasing the flame occasionally (to get the grilled effect). Cut it to strips and keep it aside.

Cabbage (cut it to thin long strips) - 1 ½ - 2 cup
Carrot - 1, medium sized (cut it to thin long strips)
Tomato - 2, medium sized (thinly sliced)
2 Onions finely cut long in narrow strips 
1 capsicum - cut long and narrow
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Method
Mix all the above ingredients except tomatoes and add the fried chicken pieces. Heat it in oven for about 2 minutes and add the sliced tomatoes to it. Keep it aside.

Curry powder - 1 tbsp

Kubboos/ dawn paratha roll or naan (or any other similar type bread) - 10 - 12
Method
Combine together mayonnaise, yogurt, crushed garlic, lemon juice, chilli flakes, curry powder and salt in a bowl.
Spread little of this mayonnaise mix in the naan/ kubboos, add the chicken and veg filling to it and roll it tightly.
