🇭🇰 終於試到呢間獲得米芝蓮街頭小食推薦嘅雞蛋仔啦 😼 即叫既做，要有D耐性去等。攞到底雞蛋仔個陣好燙手，超熱，需要攤凍小小先可以用手攞嚟食。食落大部份粒粒都外脆內軟，咖啡味適中。佢有好多口味同餡選擇，格仔餅同特飲都有做。下次一定會繼續試其他味！

Chicken, bacon, mushroom, onion and thyme puff pastry pie 🥧 •
Celeriac instead of potatoes 🥔 •
Ginger, garlic and honey carrots with asparagus 🥕 •
What a dreamy Monday night dinner... I haven’t made a pie in a good 5 years, but I feel like these are going to be my new favourite thing to cook.
Also if you haven’t tried celeriac before give it a go, it’s such a good alternative to potato, tastes slightly like parsnip 😋•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
Baked chicken drumsticks served with a veggie stir fry
Chicken drumsticks - 3
Baby corn-1/4 cup
Red bell pepper-2
Orange bell pepper
Ground ginger - 1tbsp
Red chilli sauce - 2tsps
1)In a bowl, add red chilli sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, cayenne pepper, salt , pepper, lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, onion powder and mix well. Score 3 chicken drumsticks by creating slits on them with a sharp knife and then add it to the marinade in the bowl. Seal the bowl with some aluminium foil and let it marinate in the fridge overnight.
2)Now add the drumsticks to a baking tray and bake the chicken at 400°F for about 35 to 40 minutes. Flip at the halfway mark.
3)Meanwhile,stir fry a handful of the above mentioned veggies and some walnuts on a pan with some coconut oil. Add salt and pepper and some garlic powder to season.
4)If there's left over marinade, add some milk to it and let it cook on the stove for about 15 minutes at low to medium heat and serve it as a dipping sauce for the chicken and the veggies.
