Storms a-comin', which means POTS flare a-comin', so I need Shannon-allergy-safe food that doesn't require more than a microwave. Thus, I spent the day pumping the Medieval pagan jams and prepping, with a nap in-between (which is very out of character even for me with my 3+ conditions that cause chronic fatigue). I took the leftover rice & beef bowls I made earlier this week out of the freezer to thaw and made a big ol' stockpot's worth of homemade mac & cheese, 2/3rds of which I'll freeze for later and the rest I'll feed on all weekend. It turned out saltier than usual, but I could probably use the extra sodium right now. I also emptied and loaded the dishwasher so I don't get too far behind if I have to go full remaining-power-to-life-support mode soon. Hopefully tomorrow I can make an apple crisp and clean up the kitchen a little more before the storm a-comes and I hunker down in my POTSy flop state. Now for Pedialyte and further plotting for #thesongsofsheadahan. Thanks to Faun and Eivør Pálsdóttir for the soundtrack to my day and the album art above.

Ich bin zwar mega im Lernstress, aber ansonsten geht es mir einfach gut 😁😁😁 Richtig gut!!!
Ich verbringe viel Zeit im Freien🌸💐🌻🌷, das Training 🏋️‍♀️🚴‍♀️🤸‍♀️ fühlt sich wieder gut an und die Ernährung 🍇🍉🍎🍌läuft gerade auch super ohne das Gefühl groß zu verzichten oder gar zu hungern. 
Deswegen gibt es jetzt gar nicht so viel was ich euch schlaues sagen könnte 🤣 
Fragen??? Ansonsten gibt es derzeit wieder regelmäßig Fake #milchreis 🍧 bei mir.

Diese Zutaten einmal mischen ⚊⚊⚊ 🍒150-200g ungesüßte TK Früchte 🍒Schluck Wasser 🍒Flüssigsüße 🍒1/2 Päckchen Vanillepudding ⚊⚊⚊
Früchte mit Wasser und Süße für 1,5 min in die Mikrowelle, dann das Puddingpulver mit einem Schneebesen unterrühren und nochmal für 2-3 min in die Mikrowelle. Umrühren abschmecken, fertig 👍 
In ein Glas Schichten und genießen 😍

Always have breakfast at home before I leave. Will have a preworkout snack before the gym and then make dinner at home around 730. Also try to do around 2.5 L water through the day and usually a couple cups of coffee! ☕
