Jamaican Beef Patties 😋
Slightly different from our Nigerian Meat Pie. The dough for this has Tumeric/Curry Powder and a little bit of Sugar. The crust is perfectly flaky (just how I like it). The filling is just Beef, no potatoes or carrots but deeply flavored with Soy Sauce, Paprika and so on. I think I know which one I’ll be making more of 😁 Would you like to try this? @emmy.rex
I always get enquires from customer for a cost effective High speed continuous motion #VFFS . Finally After developing and testing for 7 months we can get the right parts manufactured in China and we have finished the final testing last week. With #Berghof Automation brains behind it and 4 #servotronix servo motors and motion control we can achieve speeds up 120 bags per minute. In this video, speed of 90 bags per minute is shown which is so stable that it looks like 30 bags per minute. All the electricals are also #schneider and #siemens . It was a treasure to witness the design pavilion in the middle of Times Square earlier this year and the work of the students from the Pratt Institute. The collaboration with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation lasted 9 days and ideated innovations to eliminate single-use fast food packaging, marine-friendly plastic alternatives and systems for transporting takeout.-
