A few posts back I talked about my undeniable love and appreciation for produce. I realize just how geeky this makes me but I embrace it wholeheartedly. I'm infatuated with it. I think about it all the time and want nothing more than to create and make new recipes with it. I feel continuously inspired by different textures, flavors and colors. .
I also realize that not everyone feels this way as I tend to live in my own little food bubble. Many will eat whatever, whenever and couldn't care less about the beautiful leaves on a thyme plant or the breathtaking patterns on a romanesco broccoli. In fact they would think me out of my mind for feeling this way but again, I embrace the crazy.
But we can all agree that when a dish is good, it's just good whether you appreciate every ring on a slice of beet or not. So here is another look at these maple, Dijon roasted vegetables that brought me much joy to make. .

Having some hot matcha trying to get warm and relax after spending all day running errands and exercising like there is not tomorrow hahaha😜.
I have a confession to make : Blueberries are definitely my fav 😊💪🏻 ✨and these muffins are to die for ✨
Recipe: blend 1 C of oats + 1 tsp flax seeds + 1 tsp baking powder + pinch of salt + 1/3 C almonds until it looks like flour.
Mix 2 eggs + 1/3 C melted coconut oil + 2 tsp lemon juice + 8 tbsp agave or maple syrup 🍯 ( I used @preschoice maple syrup). Add the flour and 1/2 C almond milk or regular milk or 1/2 C vanilla yogurt. Add 1/2 C frozen or fresh blueberries.
If you have @arbonne vanilla protein you could add 1 scoop before adding the milk.
Place it into a greased muffin tray and bake at 360 F for 28 to 30 minutes.

Si tienes proteína de vainilla de @arbonne agrégale 1 scoop antes de la leche.
Llevar a molde de quequitos engrasado y al horno por 28 a 30 minutos x 170 C.

Something that we've always tried to keep up with everyday is bone broth. It's absolute GOLD! There are so many healing, nourishing properties in this ancient brew that a lot of us have forgotten about over the years. It's certainly been helpful for us.
And It's also so versatile! We take it as a soup drink, put it in meals, make gravy from it and even put it in hot drinks and baking! 😲😲
Yes, you heard right and no, I'm not going all Letitia Cropley on you. We (and there's others 👽) actually think a little bit of salty broth in hot chocolate gives it such a yummy taste!
It's quite simple to make but if you don't have a lot of time, this company make the most delish broth ever! It's a concentrated paste so all you need to do is put a teaspoon in a cup of hot water making it so easy and quick to get more goodies in your diet. Even when I make broth myself I keep a bottle of this on hand. It comes in quite a few different flavours (like lemon & herb) and also natural. It doesn't have an overwhelming 'brothy' taste like some bought broths do and it's made on the highest quality ingredients.

Mushroom and Chicken Noodles 🍝😋 (🇩🇪👇).
I am so so tired the last few days 😫 I think it is the weather? Or maybe because it is getting dark so early now 😮 I had my first day of work today in the new job 🎉 and now it is time for some super yummy noodle dish. This is such an easy and quick recipe. .
250g Noodles of your choice
1 little onion
Cook the noodles.... chop chicken, mushrooms and onions and sear it in a pan. Put in the cream and let it cook a little. Season it as you like. Put in the noodles. 😋

1 kleine Zwiebel
Kocht die Nudeln.... Hänchen, Pilze und Zwiebeln klein schneiden und in einer Pfanne anbraten. Mit Sahne ablöschen und aufkochen lassen. Nach belieben würzen. Nudeln hinzu geben 😋
