One day trip to Hyderabad and I ticked off a restaurant from my bucket list, SHADAB. The restaurant is 200mtr off Charminar and probably one of the iconic biryani places of the town. We entered the place around 330pm to find a 15 minute wait in this 250 seater restaurant.
We ordered for MUTTON BIRYANI (₹180), which came in with heaps of rice enough for feeding three adults, 4pcs of mutton and an egg. The mutton was perfectly cooked and was falling off the bone. The marinade/masala was seeping into the meat and it was moist and succulent, the only issue was the meat cut wasn't proper. The rice was cooked in two different layers, the plain and the masala. The spices were just right. The biryani was neither sour nor too spicy.
Well Biryani is too personal and the taste differs from person to person. This certainly goes into my list of VERY GOOD biryanis.
