Ich melde mich heute mit einem Schokoladen-Traubenkuchen. Denn heuer gibt es ja soo viel Obst zu ernten... Auch wir haben massenweise Obst im Garten, das natürlich verbraucht werden muss. Das ist auch der Grund, warum dieser Traubenkuchen entstanden ist. Wir hatten nämlich soo viele Weintrauben, dass wir sie nicht alle essen konnten, deshalb wird bei uns zu Hause momentan eine Menge an Apfelmus gekocht, getrocknete Apfelchips produziert und der ein oder andere Kuchen gebacken... 😅😊
Irgendwie muss ja das viele Obst hin; warum dann nicht in Form eines Kuchens😋
Das iat übrigens auch der Schokokirschkuchen, den ihr bei der letzten Umfrage auswählen konntet... Uups, habe mich verschrieben, das sind Weintrauben😅
Aber auch mit Kirschen würde es gehen denke ich😊

170g zimmerwarme Butter
1 Prise Salz
125 ml Milch
grob gehackte Schoki
Das Backrohr auf 180 Grad Umluft vorheizen. Die Butter schaumig rühren. Dann den Staubzucker und den Vanillezucker mit dem Salz dazugeben und solange rühren, bis die Masse cremig ist. Die Eier nacheinander unterrühren und dann das Mehl und das Backpulver hinzufügen. Alles gut verrühren und die Milch dazu geben. Noch einmal rühren. Dann den Teig in die Form füllen und zum Schluss die Trauben und die grob gehackte Schokindarauf verteilen. Das ganze wird im Ofen ca. 35 Minuten gebacken. Und am besten noch warm genießen, dann ist die Schoki noch flüssig😍
