Food is my frenemy.
We’ve had a rough relationship. I am learning to make peace with my triggers and find balance. I used to stress-bake all the time. Now I find other ways to manage my emotions. 💪🏼 But I still love to bake on occasion because it’s fun!
My kids went crazy over this grain-free, sugar-free and dairy-free banana bread. 🍞 🍌 It’s so good fresh out of the oven or with a spoonful of almond butter and a little honey on top! I dare you not to eat it all in one sitting!
4 small/med very overripe bananas or 3 larger ones, mashed well
4 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut oil melted
1 3/4 cups blanched almond flour
1/2 cup arrowroot flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top
Mix with a spoon until no visible flour remains. Don’t overmix!
Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Enjoy!
Festive Autumn 🍂 🍁 Bliss Treats.
A Simple Authentic Super Fuel ⛽️ Recipe.
Inspired by Traditional Medicine & Energy, Stamina & Food being Medicine.
1. 400g soaked peeled almonds
2. 8 Dates Noir Deglet
3. 4tsp Ghee (alternative Coconut 🥥 Oil)
4. Guerande Salt 1/3tsp 🧂 ☀️ 5. 1tsp Szechuan ground or black peppercorn.
6. 2tsp Maca
2 drops of CPTG Cassia oil
2 drops of CPTG Clove oil
Blend well in food processor we use a Vita Prep2. Small chunky sticky mixture. ************************* Chocolate 🍫
1. 30 x white cacao butter 🛸
2. 30 x Dark Cacao paste 🛸
3. Pinch ☀️ 🌊 🧂
4. 1.5tsp Tree 🌳 🍯 🐝 Honey (or Maple 🍁 Syrup)or leave out if you just want Dark Medicine.
5. 4 drops CPTG Patchouli oil
6. 5 drops CPTG Lime oil
7. 6tsp whey or Carob or Mesquite
Decorate: Sprinkle with Bee 🐝 pollen (optional nutrition) &
4tsp of ground Goji Wolf Berry. Really adds the festive vibes, texture & fun. ************************** Method
1. Make chocolate 🍫 Melt on a very low heat the Cacao paste & butter. Very low!! Add all the other ingredients for the chocolate.
2. Pour thin choc layer over parchment lined tin. A thin layer.
3. Make super meal mix into small balls. Like a Temple ball 🎱 Place on chocolate layer
4. Pour chocolate over the top of the balls 🎱 sprinkle with bee 🐝 pollen & ground goji wolf berry.
5. Put in freezer for about 30minutes.
6. You can then chop it up and keep in the refrigerator. Best to eat fresh. Ours lasted 12hours!! Freshly made foods to be consumed. Not for storage!! Have fun and enjoy. Any questions. If you need oils. Or ingredients let me know I can help you.

Facts: A temporary blood sugar spike (from a sweet drink, piece of candy, baked good or even a processed carb like a granola bar or “health” bar) will decrease your white blood cells’ ability to fight viruses and infection by 75%.☠️
An overproduction of insulin causes oxidative stress and inflammation, leaving you wide open to pick up any sickness out there.👹

Truth is, I fell hard this weekend. I snacked a lot, I made poor choices and I made too many "F it" decisions. They add up, you know. First its one cookie, then its 2, then it's a bag of chips cause you already saturated your day with 2 cookies so why even try to be good anymore today, right? WRONG. Those F it decisions add up quickly, so watch it!
Now let me explain how my body works, and if I had to guess, yours too! 🔆FOOD = MOOD🔆 ...meaning, when I eat bad, I feel bad. Not only do I feel bloated, I feel sluggish and sleepy, I drink more coffee which isn't amamzing for you and just adds pointless calories to your daily intake, I am moody (just ask @treas_detailing, God Love Him), I do not feel myself. Feeling confident and bold is out of the question. My mentality goes to a low, and it is almost enough to send you into a depression. Sound drastic? Maybe, but it is true. Who would make this up.
So I make daily choices, for me and for my body. So I can feel happy and healthy. So I have energy and confidence. So my stomach doesn't hurt and my brain doesn't need a nap 24/7.
I have learned how to make clean eating a lifestyle that is feasible for a Mom, a diabetic, a wife and most importantly a female. Our bodies are rollercoasters as it is!! 😉

Heute gibt es ein Rezept, das ich zum ersten Mal gemacht habe und es auf jeden Fall wieder machen werde! Es handelt sich hier um kleine Zimt-🐌 und ich meine Zimt, wie könnten diese Schneckchen nicht gut sein?! Ich liebe Zimt ja über alles und probiere ihn immer wieder gerne zu kombinieren... Egal ob Kuchen, Äpfel, im Müsli oder Weihnachtskekse, ohne Zimt geht nichts! 😅😍

Und hier das Rezept➡️
1 TL Salz
1 EL Kardamom gamahlen
100g weiche Butter
2EL Zimt (oder mehr! 😊) Zum Bepinseln
Einen Hefeteig zubereiten, wie ich schon bei den Nussschnecken beschrieben habe. Diesen dann an einem warmen Ort 30 Minuten gehen lassen. Dann auf ein Rechteck mit etwa 3mm dick ausrollen, mit Butter bestreichen und den Zimtzucker darauf verteilen. Alles zu einer Rolle einrollen, ca. in 25 Scheiben schneiden und auf ein Backblech legen. Dann heißt es noch einmal 1 Stunde warten, damit sie schön groß werden. Wenn die Wartezeit vorbei ist, das Ei mit Wasser versprudeln und die 🐌 damit einpinseln. Zum Schluss noch mit Hagelzucker bestreuen und bei 220 Grad Umluft ca. 10 Minuten backen uuund genießen😍
Pure un-roasted cacao beans! These beans were cultivated by my friend who has just started a business producing chocolate and cocoa beans, they are incredible, completely milk and white on the inside and much less better than beans I’ve had in the past, so as you can guess I’ve been eating far too many! Cacao really is the food of the gods, containing theobromine and anandamide, I say let’s bliss out on nature’s super foods!
Kale...it’s my fave dark green leafy veg 🌿❤️When I eat nutritious food I actually I feel sooo good and when I eat crap guess how I feel then? 💩 Amazing how that works! .

This salad was slightly modified from @ohsheglows based on what I had around. Kale salads are the best because you can make a big batch and instead of getting soggy in the fridge the leftovers actually taste even better the next day 👌🏼
🌿 1 tbsp olive oil 🌿2 tbsp lemon juice 🍋 🌿1 tsp maple syrup 🌿Herbamare or sea salt and pepper to taste .
🌿4 cups shredded kale
🌿1/2 apple chopped
🌿1/3 cup red onion chopped
🌿1/2 cucumber diced 🌿 generous sprinkle of hemp hearts .
