Also I am slowly finding back in my morning routine - the past weeks I was kind of struggling since I was very tired most of the mornings and couldn’t really get out of bed🙈 that’s okay and definitely what I needed and I think it is important to let go of routines sometime and give your body what it really needs!
However, coming back to a healthy routines can be good and make you feel better too☺️
Here’s some inspiration what a morning routine could include:
• Meditation • Intention for the day
• Writing a To-Do-List
• Yoga/ Stretching
• Oil Pulling
The cool thing is that you can adjust and change it to your needs and do what feels good for YOU! •

Ich finde außerdem langsam in meine Morgenroutine zurück - die letzten Wochen ist mir das sehr schwer gefallen weil ich morgens immer so müde war und kaum aus dem Bett gekommen bin🙈das ist auch vollkommen in Ordnung und war so auch einfach mal das Beste für mich! Ich finde es ist so wichtig, manchmal seine Routinen abzulegen/zu verändern/loszulassen und auf den Körper zu hören!
Trotzdem kann es total gut tun wieder zurück in eine Routine zu finden☺️ hier ein bisschen Inspiration, was so eine Morgenroutine beinhalten könnte:
• Meditation • eine Intention für den Tag
• eine To-Do-Liste schreiben
• Yoga/ Stretching
• Öl ziehen
Das Tolle ist, dass man sich das Ganze so gestalten kann, wie es einem passt und einem selbst gut tut!

💖 Breaky today - Poached Pears w. Wild Blue Berries & Coconut Yogurt 💖
This is sooo simple to make & it tastes bloody delicious. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
All you need to do: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Cut up some pears... you could do apples too. Put them in a saucepan on a medium heat with some water & cinnamon. Cook & continue to add water when the water absorbs.
2. Once the pears are soft, add the wild blue berries & melt slightly. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Serve with @purecocobella Coconut Yogurt in a @coconutbowls ! I also mixed in some @vitalproteins Powder too! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1/4 cup almond flour
1/8 cup cacao
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp coconut palm sugar
2 tbsp nut butter
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp cocoa butter
1 tbsp hemp powder
Line a regular 6-muffin pan with paper liners
Melt half of the chocolate chips (and a tbsp of cocoa butter if you are using that) in a bowl, microwaving one minute, then stirring vigorously until all chips are melted.
Add 2 tsp of melted chocolate to each cup, tipping slightly to build a chocolate wall in each cup.
Refrigerate the pan while you make the filling.
I use a spoon to stir together the flour, cacao, sugar, butter and protein powder. Add in the milk a tbsp at a time until you have a dough that holds together but isn't too sticky.
Roll 1-2 tbsps of dough into balls. Press each into a disc shape and insert one into each cup. Is your dough too sticky to roll? Roll it in extra cacao powder. This also ups the nutrition. Once you insert the dough into the cups, press slightly so the dough meets the chocolate wall.
Re-melt the remaining chocolate chips, if necessary, and pour on top of each cup. Add sprinkles.
Let them set a few minutes at room temperature. The top hardens pretty fast. Keep them refrigerated. Not sure how long they last refrigerated - we ate all of ours in 12 hours, haha.

🚩Attention, guys, this is not a diet. This is not a detox program nor do we replace solid meals with juices and shakes. I usually drink my smoothies half an hour to an hour before having my breakfast in the morning, sometimes I treat smoothies as breakfast, but I still make sure to give my body what it needs throughout the day. The only reasons I'm doing this challenge is to:
1. enhance nutrient absorbtion
2. increase my energy throughout the day since I don't drink coffee or other stimulants 💪
3. improve my digestion (gastritis since forever over here)
4. boost my immune system
5. improve my general health (healthy bones, heart, skin hydration and nourishment)
6. up my fruits and veggies intake since I never get to eat as many as I would when I'm only eating solid food
7. reduce unhealthy cravings and munchies 🍔🍕🍦
8. improve my mental health because it's all about MIND over MATTER, baby.

THE LAB 313 |📍313 Payneham Road, Adelaide. •
We were super excited to try out The Lab but by the end of it, we were pretty disappointed. I don’t like writing negative reviews about places as I feel bad 😔 but gotta tell the truth right? Everything looked really nice and delicious but by the time we got our food, most of it were cold and didn’t taste that “amazing” - it was either average or below. Service wasn’t the best either as it took a while till someone served us. Won’t be going back anytime soon ☹️
Leftover Mexican burrito bowl for lunch 🤗🌮🌯🥑 I always keep a big batch of quinoa or brown rice in my fridge so that I can easily throw together leftover bowls. This was the fillings for tacos from dinner last night which I easily stretched out to be another meal by adding quinoa. What are your favourite left overs?

My favorite part about traveling is the yummy food, hands down. I do my best, but can’t skip indulging in all the cheese while on vacation. 🤷🏼♀️ traveling is done soon soooo Whole 30 is comin’ up starting Monday! 🙈

BLACK RASPBERRY COBBLER
We went to our local farm to pick strawberries this past week. The raspberries should be ready next week! We made smoothies and jam and saved some to make strawberry rhubarb pie.
