HOT CAKES DE AVENA 😍😋❤️ Receta súper fácil y rápida y la puedes acompañar de muchas maneras, en este caso hice los hotcakes utilizando: 1/2 plátano machacado con un tenedor, 1/3 tz de avena molida, 4 claras de huevos, 1 cda de vainilla, un chorrito de leche y canela al gusto!
Lo puedes acompañar con tu fruta favorita y para un desayuno más completo agregué 1 tz de leche deslactosada 😋🥛.
Para endulzar utilicé miel de agave luego les estaré poniendo mis recomendaciones en marcas

Asinan sayur, cara nikmat makan sayur. Di saat pengen yg seger-seger, setelah banyak makan daging, yuk bikin asinan sendiri. Bisa dicoba  resep asinan bogor ala saya, terutama resep kuah asinannya, kalau isiannya kan bisa kita atur sesuai selera, diisi buah oke, dicampur sayuran juga oke.

Waktu awal bikin resep ini, saya sengaja beli asinan Bogor yg terkenal itu.. trus coba diikuti manis asem asinnya. Kalau dibandingkan, asinan ini masih lebih ga manis dibandingkan yg beli. Tapi sudah cukup lah bisa dinikmati. Selamat mencoba ya 😍🙏 .

ASINAN SAYUR BOGOR

Bahan :
1 buah bengkoang
1 buah timun
1 buah wortel
3 lembar daun kol
100 gram tauge

Bahan Kuah Asinan :
100 gram gula
150 ml air
6 buah cabe merah keriting
2 buah cabe rawit merah (bisa di skip kalau ga suka pedas)
1/4 sdt terasi, bakar
1/2 sdt garam
3 sdm perasan jeruk nipis (bisa diganti cuka)

Pelengkap :
Kerupuk asinan
Kacang tanah sangrai

Cara Membuat :
❤️ Buat kuahnya : didihkan air, masukkan gula pasir sampai larut, dinginkan. Blender cabe dengan sebagian air gula, saring, campurkan kembali air cabe dan air gula. Tambahkan garam dan perasan jeruk nipis/cuka, koreksi rasa, tambahkan jika perlu (tergantung selera asem asin manis beda-beda)
❤️ Preparasi sayur buah : yg pasti semua dicuci bersih. Timun, bengkoang, dikupas & dipotong. Wortel dikupas, potong korek api, remas dengan garam, cuci bersih. Tauge disiangi akarnya. Kol dirajang halus.
❤️ Tuangkan kuah asinan ke dalam campuran sayur buah, tutup, dan dinginkan di kulkas. Asinan siap disantap dengan taburan kacang sangrai dan kerupuk asinan.

We only own 2 trays, so each little chicken got a tray with cucumber sandwich, little jam hearts, apple, milk and a tiny treat to entice them to eat. Cucumber is great for hot little bodies, so is cold apple and cool drinks but children tend to go off food all together when they are sick. This went down a treat (surprisingly) and hopefully tomorrow it is back to school and off my hands for a few hours. Went without the starchy carbs tonight bc honestly I wasn’t in the mood for any 🤷🏾‍♂️....but usually it’s either a sweet potato, brown rice or quinoa. -
Tonight was pan seared 🐓 ( x 2 for me 👌🏾), some leftover squash and zucchini and a side baby spring mix salad. -
Per usual I cooked all of the chicken so I’ll have meals the rest of the week so I won’t be unprepared.  Meal prep isn’t just a Sunday thing!  Cooked meals are so much easier, cheaper and FUN! -

Now just using healthy alternatives to get my fix like using @eatbanza elbows. Anyone else need variety in their kids breakfasts? 🙋🏻‍♀️ These pancakes have been game changer over at our house. Perfect for baby led weaning and great for older kids too. My baby, almost 1, is obsessed with these and my picky, almost 4yr old, loves them 🤩. Protein, carbs and fruit 🤩. •
👉🏼INGREDIENTS: * 1 Banana
* 3 Egg whites
* 1/3 cup oat flour
* 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
* 1/4 cup coconut milk
* 1/4 cup water
👉🏼DIRECTIONS: 
1️⃣ Using a blender, mix all the ingredients together. 
2️⃣ Heat a frying pan and spray some oil. 
3️⃣ Pour the batter and flip when you see bubbles appear (as you would a regular pancake)
4️⃣ Let cool and enjoy 😋 •

🍌 PROTEIN PANCAKES 🥞 Anyone else need variety in their kids breakfasts? 🙋🏻‍♀️ These pancakes have been game changer over at our house. Perfect for baby led weaning and great for older kids too. My baby, almost 1, is obsessed with these and my picky, almost 4yr old, loves them 🤩. Protein, carbs and fruit 🤩. • 👉🏼INGREDIENTS: * 1 Banana * 3 Egg whites * 1/3 cup oat flour * 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon * 1/4 cup coconut milk * 1/4 cup water 👉🏼DIRECTIONS: 1️⃣ Using a blender, mix all the ingredients together. 2️⃣ Heat a frying pan and spray some oil. 3️⃣ Pour the batter and flip when you see bubbles appear (as you would a regular pancake) 4️⃣ Let cool and enjoy 😋 • 💡If the batter is a bit too liquid, add a little more oat flour. #food  #healthybreakfast  #mothercould  @thenutribullet
