This week’s meal prep!
I had loads of leftovers from going out to eat this weekend. Early and belated birthdays to celebrate. Leftover dim sum, teriyaki salmon and fried rice from hibachi, and chicken alfredo packed for lunches.
I made veggie fritters over spinach and arugula mix with a ginger tahini sauce and sweet potatoes on the side. I also made an army portion of Buddha’s Delight and Spicy Fresh Noodles (similar to hand pulled but store made). My boyfriend was craving kielbasa so we got some spicy ones and baked them.
