I love wraps so much, it's such a comfort food for me and so do Chinese wraps aka #popiah . I had four and it was satisfying 😋 Veggies were all served in raw as I was so hungry and lazy to cook haha #lazygirl 🙈

SO HERE IS A RECIPE:
1. turmeric paste:
1 / 4 cup turmeric powder or in raw form, 1 / 2 teaspoon of ground pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves and 3/4 cup filtered water (without chlorine).
All ingredients put into the pot, mix well, and Cook over a gentle flame. Common hussy stir until the mixture thickens (about 5 minutes). Put everything into sealing vessel, let it cool, and keep in the fridge for another use (durability of turmeric paste is approximately 1 month).
2. Brainhacking coffee:
1 cup almond / coconut milk, 1 teaspoon ghí or coconut oil, 1 teaspoon turmeric paste, honey (amount of honey according to your habit).
All ingredients, except honey, put into the pot and with stirring bring it to the boil. Thereafter pour the brain hacking coffee into the favorite cup, let it cool down slightly and add the honey.

1 SlimFast Bake Shop Bar
½ cup unsalted almonds
2 tbsp Splenda
1 ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
½ cup reduced sugar craisins
6 oz vanilla yogurt chips
4 oz unsalted peanuts
4 oz unsalted pistachios
½ cup toasted coconut chips
1. Crumble up a SlimFast Bake Shop Bar into a medium size bowl.
2. Add almonds to a medium size skillet pan over medium heat until fragrant.
3. Turn off heat and add Splenda and vanilla extract and coat almonds. You will want to remove these from the heat fast so they don’t burn.
4. Spread almonds on parchment or wax paper to cool.
5. Combine all other ingredients into bowl.
6. Add your vanilla sugar almonds and toss to combine.

My 3 year old loves ice cream, ice lollies and even ice cubes! She asks for an ‘icy’ at least two or three times a day with the warm weather. Obviously the answer is not often yes. So as a compromise we make smoothie ice blocks. Blueberries, raspberries, banana and a little milk. Delicious! Wanna try something kinda fancy this weekend? 💃🏼
Find some stemless glasses. Put a cupcake tin in the freezer, then put a wine cork in each hole. Fill the glasses 1/4 with water, then set them in the cupcake tin, using the wine cork to balance them at an angle.
Drop something fun into the water (edible flowers, thin slices of citrus, or even fresh herbs could be fun). Freeze until solid.
Fill with rosè, champagne, or sparkling water. Voilà 🌺🥂
Today’s kids’ #whatsforlunch : I needed to use the two pretzel buns we had left over from dinner the other night, and it turns out that a pretzel hotdog bun makes a pretty dang amazing grilled cheese/ panini! For the boy: pretzel bun grilled cheese + red peppers + watermelon. For the girl: pretzel roll + shredded cheese + red peppers + apples with cinnamon.
#momtip — if you want to stretch a sliced apple over a couple of days — esp. those honeycrisps that are as big as your head 🍎 — toss them with cinnamon. Kids feel like they’re having a treat and YOU CANT TELL if they get a little brown. 😎. #foodhack#reallifeeating#kidslunchideas#nowaste
I’m surprised at the amount of people who messaged me about my frozen bananas! 🍌
Definitely try it! Just take the skin off of your ripe banana, chop it up, pop it in a small freezer bag and let it freeze. 😁
Then you have a nice cold snack (I think they taste even better frozen) or you can use them in smoothies to make an ice cold smoothie! 😋🤤 My freezer is full of them! 😂
