Cranberry Smoothie Bowl!! I asked for a cup of fresh cranberries from the field and was brought back 2 large ziplock bags - and I already have a freezer full.... any cranberry recipes out there you guys love? The great thing about cranberries is when fresh picked they last forever, literally forever it’s amazing!
1 cup cranberries
1/3 cup strawberries
1/2 banana (the other half I put on top)
1/2 - 3/4 cup almond milk
1/3 coconut yogurt
1 tbsp maca powder
Chia seeds for top
Blend and enjoy!

I kicked this week off with this seasonal oatmeal and it was so bomb🤤
PUMPKIN PIE OATMEAL🥧:
•1/2 cup oats
•1/3 cup pumpkin purée
•about 1/3 cup water or milk
•1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
-cook the oatmeal until it is at your desired consistency and top with anything (although, I would highly recommend my topping choices which were yogurt, almond butter, pecans, and then some blueberries and more pumpkin pie spice)

A year after I started it my brain fog lifted, my gut was in check & i actually had fingernails
I hear it all the time
I just can’t afford organic
I can’t afford fruits and veggies
XYZ is too expensive
And I get it 🤷🏻♀️ I was there
I couldn’t afford organic produce, smoothies or necessary supplements when my priority was elsewhere 🤙🍕🍻
at the end of the day our dollar 💵 speaks louder than our words
I stopped voting for McDonalds ice cream, beer, pizza and started voting for organic produce, superfoods and my health 💕

Capjae? minuman rasa jahe yah masolo? atau mie rebus cap jae (bukan cap dua telor)
Bingung kan? sama juga, pertama kali masolo ditawarin makanan ini bingung. Pake jahe? makanan apaan yang pake jahe? klo lengkuas mah sering masolo ga sengaja gigit karena dikiran rendang, lah ini jahe, dikata mau belajar "survival skill" di alam liar kali yah, hahahahhahaha.
Tebakan kita salah semua, yang benar ini tuh adalah masakan sayuran rebus yang isinya wortel, kol, sawi, dan sayuran menyegarkan lainnya. Lah ini mah namanya capcay donks.
Nah iyah betul kan emang itu yg dikasih tau namanya, capjae. Dan seketika masolo ngakak...hahahhahaha... ternyata capjae itu adalah capcay versi orang klaten toh, oalaaah, ini mah beda di lidah ajah, beda pengucapan..wkwkwkwkwkwkwk...

SALAD | @mandysalads changes the salad game. I went to Mandy’s for the first time in the spring and every since I go on their website to look at their menu for inspo when I’m in a salad slump 😂😂 it might not look like much in this photo but this build your own salad was life changing: baby spinach, mixed greens, quinoa, basil, cilantro, dill, lentils, capers, cucumbers, kalamata olives, mushrooms, roasted sweet potato, sun dried tomatoes, pumpkins seeds and turmeric tahini dresssing. ALL the goods 🙌🏼 drooling just thinking about it 🤤
