-Cien Agaves- Found this Mexican place in Old Town Scottsdale the other night. First picture was the Fajita Salad. It came in an awesome crisp flour tortilla bowl and a prickly pear vinaigrette. Second picture was the Old Town Burrito filled with Diablo Shrimp. Both were pretty good but nothing too crazy special. This place was packed and so loud you couldn’t really hear the person next to you.

Sweet potato pancakes with berries and whipped creme fraiche - plus a (rapidly diminishing) platter of grilled apricots, swathed in dollops of thick honeyed yoghurt. Mine's a thick slice of homemade bread, real dairy butter and a homemade jam. This is the rhubarb conserve made by Matt at @onemilebakeryhale (he made the fruity bread too)... Yep, it tasted as good as it looks!
I'm recording a podcast today with @kat_horrocks for her #putyourselffirst podcast and we're going for a coffee beforehand... but part of me just wants to treat her to a slice of my homemade bread and a pot of tea instead! 😋 happy Thursday, folks 💓

Now THAT’S a sandwich 😍😍🤤(believe it or not I made this beauty 🙊😍) Anyone who knows me knows I’m absolutely bread obsessed so yesterday evening was pretty much the dream for me - we started @thegoodhousekeepinginstitute sampling three of @therealikes favourite sandwiches before getting the chance to make our own!! Naturally I chose the one which had been featured on man v food - the ménage a trois.. BBQ sauce, cheddar, chicken, honey mustard, pepper jack, honey & Swiss! 🧀 THEN we were taken to the site of the Hellman’s Deli pop up itself in Soho for more sandwich heaven in the form of Berlin-famous Mogg & Melzer Reuben sandwiches - absolute heaven 😍😍 🥪🥙🌯🥪🥙🌯🥪🥙🌯🥪🥙🌯🥪
From Thursday 19thJuly – Saturday 21stJuly 10am-5pm, @HellmansUK #DeliExchange are running a pop up in Soho, offering sandwiches from Ike’s Love and Sandwiches @therealikes, which has over 40 sites in California (and legendary queues to match its cult status), and Berlin foodie staple Mogg, with a selection of iconic deli sandwiches featuring @HellmannsUK mayonnaise. All proceeds from the sandwiches will be donated to Action Against Hunger.
After that, Hellmann’s will be travelling across the country with its #RealFoodTour to showcase and celebrate the very best foodie entrepreneurs across the UK. Each restaurant will be creating their own Limited Edition ‘Hellmann’s Real Food’ dish on their menu for two weeks, where customers will be able to get a free side with their dish by quoting ‘Real Food Tour’. Coconut water popsicles are a the perfect treat for a hot summer day! ☀️ simply put some fresh or frozen fruit (I used raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries) into a popsicle mold then fill the rest of the mold with coconut water 🥥💧freeze until set and enjoy!
Remember that Food must be enjoyed and appreciated. Balance is the key and remembers that there is not just one definition of being « healthy ». You have to find your definition and I want to help you in that lovely and hectic journey. Be aware and don’t beat yourself up, it’s easy to get caught up on labeling your eating style with strict do’s and don’ts and be flexible about your choices. An unrestricted and gentle approach to food is your best strategy for making healthy a real lifestyle.⠀
All that says, you probably already know that my cuisine is inspired by my plant-based diet twisted with Mediterranean and Asian influences, the living foods tradition and from all my travels.⠀
I also do get lots of inspirations from all my training in Michelin Stars Restaurants in France(Le Bristol***, Apicius**, Neuvieme Art**, Georges Blanc***, Kitchen Galerie*).⠀
My cuisine is about embracing our love affair with food and the traditions that give us so much pleasure. ⠀
Happiness is the spiritual experience of choosing to live each moment with love, gratitude, and grace. Be grateful for each moment that has shaped you. It may not make sense now but it will in the near future.⠀

Simple lunches are the most delicious ones! Seared salmon in a pan, cooked new potatoes and put brown butter on top (omg brown butter, have you tried this???) added my pickled red onions, some dill, lemon and made mayonnaise with dill and a bit of Yoghurt. This really doesn't take a lot of time, is not expensive but so delicious! 🥕🥕🥕
Lagana obrok salata. Kombinacija kuvane ili pečene skuše (može i tunjevina ili neka druga riba po vašoj želji). Pripremam je tako što očišćenu ribu (kupila sam zaleđenu) kuvam u vodi otprilike 25-30 minuta(to zavisi i od veličine) , a pečem je posoljenu na pek papiru otprilike isto vremena kao kuvanje. Uvek možete da je podelite na pola i proverite da li je gotovo. Uz to sam dodala zelenu jabuku, kuvani kukuruz šećerac, iscedila malo limunovog soka, malo maslinovog ulja (ili neko drugo hladno ceđeno koje koristite), možete dodati neke semenke (suncokreta, golice) i seckanog badema (može i orah).
Easy salad with baked or cooked fish. I cook it for about 25 min in water or bake on baking paper the same time. Also I added one green apple, olive oil, lemon juice, corn and chopped almonds.
