Fudgy Chocolate Chunk Brownies:
If you love brownies and fudge this surely is a recipe for you. Doesn't need a glaze at all.
It is easy to make and it tastes delicious probably the best dessert I have made ever( haha I love me). These brownies were so rich in taste that I am craving for these as I am writing this recipe.
These tastes so good as if you are eating chocolate fudge, double chocolate chip cookie and a brownie together.
Trust me these were fudgy and chewy at the same time. I am looking forward to bake these again.
Flour 3/4 cup
Coco powder 1/4 cups
Cooking chocolate 1 cup
Butter (melted) 3/4 cups
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
1)Preheat the oven.
2)Chop the chocolate into chunks.
3)Melt half of the chocolate and save half chocolate chunks for later.
4)Mix butter and sugar together.
5)Add eggs and vanilla and beat again till it foams up a bit.
6)Sift in flour, coco powder and salt.
7) Fold together the dry and wet ingredients.
8)Fold in chocolate chunks.
9)Don't over mix.
10)Line a pan with parchment paper.
11)Add the batter in the pan.
12) Bake for 20-25 minutes.
And there you have it.

For all the non vegetarian lovers,if you come across Ernakulam-Trichur Highway and wish to have some tasty naadan food, just take a deviation from Potta Junction and go 4.8kms inside. There you will find the small shop called "Vasuvettande Kada". This is opened only till 3.30pm. The food served there is just mouth watering, variety and the tastier you get. You get rice with tastier mango curry(which is made with 32 coconut water) and sambar. Side dishes varies from fish fry, duck, pork, chicken, mutton and beef. Try to reach before time as the food gets over faster than you can imagine. This place is highly recommended ❤️
1. Pork fry 2. Beef Fry & 3. Chicken Roast - All the three are chumma well prepared, crispy, tastiest and heavenly ..Just close your eyes and feel the taste going inside. Aare vaaaa... 😋😍😍❤️ Thanks @foodiemenon for the suggestion. 🙏
It was a chilly windy walk to my car and all I kept thinking about was my chicken pot pie for lunch. Such perfect ratio of veggies, cream and fluffy crust... and THE MOST tender chicken ever. Mmmmmmmm. #foodcraving#comfortfood#wishihadleftovers
At Jaan, chef @chefkirk_w has been continually developing the recipe since he started out as a commis chef in England. “I realized I’d been trying to make something special out of something that was already special. An egg is perfect the way it is.”
