Family cook Night 👨👩👦👦
So a new thing we are trying at The Sadler residence is a family cooking night once a week.
We have a map of the world 🗺 and once a week my 2 boys pick a country on the map 🌍. We as a family, that’s myself, my husband and the boys cook a dish from that country.
This week my George & Charles picked Russia 🇷🇺, so Beef Stroganoff it is 🍴
In a heated pan add all of the following:
2 chopped onions
2 Tbsp of rapeseed oil
Small knob of butter
Handful of dried mushrooms
3 sliced portobello mushrooms 🍄
2 Tbsp of paprika
300ml of Beef stock
2 sliced steaks 🥩 (I used rump and they was on offer today @lidluk For £3.49
1 Tbsp of tomato purée 🍅
Leave this all to simmer whilst boiling some rice 🍚
Add a tub of low fat sour cream 5 minutes before serving
Serve the rice then the stroganoff on top and sprinkle some freshly chopped flat leaf parsley 🌿 and the squeeze of a lemon 🍋
This was loads of fun and the children loved it, belly’s all full 😃

What's up guys. Today I have Pak Mor soup to present you which is originally from Panomsarakam district in Chachoengsao province where is well known for the most famous sweet mango in the world called Nam Dok Mai. This Pak Mor soup is created by the same idea of making noodle soup but use Pak Mor snacks instead of noodles. I was so excited that I could pick many Pak Mor fillings into my bowl such as sweet turnip , bamboo, shrimp, garlic chive etc. They made it so good here in Nakornsawan province so that I'm so comfortable and don't have to go far to the original place. 1 bowl wasn't enough as usual. What I ordered were
1. Seafood Pak Mor soup around 90 baht
2. Tom Yum Pak Mor soup (normal) 40 baht.
Next time I'll go to the original place to try it...see you guys...Happy weekend.
I love people that can be crazy with 👇🏼👇🏼
SalchiPapa or Salchicriolla🤪
Yellow potatoes with sausage and we added cilantro sauce and pink sauce
Have you ever tried SalchiPapas??🤔 @lacolinacomidasrapidas📍
The menu said, "Japanese Taco" with pork pieces. I was intrigued. I liked the steamed bun ...but I just couldn't get over the itty bitty pieces of pork... The appetizer was more on the vegetarian side..but nonetheless.. nice to see on the cruise ship's menu.
Are you strictly vegetarian or do you eat meat?
Have a great day!
