Did you know that one of the amazing benefits of mint is to make the body and mind feel more invigorated
It’s the middle of the day and the list I’ve created of my goals continues to grow and the anxiety is beginning to set in. Being overwhelmed can happen in the slighest second and before we know it we feel as if we are tredding water
The best way I’ve found to decompress and realign myself is by finding a quite area where I can inhale and exhale. This place is my back room where I light some candles, sit on the gloor and breathe in calming scent of mint
It does something rejuvenating to me and allows me to clear any stress or negativity from my body. We recently started growing mint in our garden for this reason
Share below your favorite way to clear and realign your mind so you can succeed with your goals and happiness 🙌🏽
I know there are healthier breakfast options than bars - but for me they are a guaranteed quick “healthy” option that I can manage with minimal time in the morning. At this point looking for all the small steps possible to healthier choices ✌🏻
This quote 🙌🏼🙌🏼
It’s amazing how we treat other people and how we let other treat us now a days!
It blows my mind 🤯
My personal opinion is that our society is extremely self conscious. I think if more people knew “their worth” and owned it, the world would be much better place!
Today I challenge you to find your worth & own it baby!💪🏼❤️
I’m always getting the little comments about how much I exercise & laughs when I track my food. But already I’m starting to get the... how did you do that? Don’t take any notice of people, if you want a salad, eat the salad. If you need to eat an egg to hit your protein for the day, eat the egg. If you want to work out 6 days a week, do it. Don’t let anyone stop, or question, your goals. 🙌🏻
Who doesn't want to run almost 6 miles and eat a doughnut afterwards? 😂
I first got my butt out of bed at 4:45am and got my solo run of 3.07 miles in @10:00 pace, then at 6:15am, I met with some of the XC members and ran 2.71 miles @9:30 pace.
Both runs felt great except for some calf pain during my 3 mile run. I've never had calf pain before, so I'm working on figuring out what is causing the uncomfortable pain.
Race day is a week and half away! Going for a 10k PR! In my half marathon split in May, I had a 1:00:02; so I'm hoping for sub 1 hour!
Happy Hump Day!
