Bit of a 💰 hack - buy natural almonds (which are usually cheaper than roasted) and spread them onto a tray, pop them into an oven 🔥 for about 10 mins and there you go - nice and crunchy almonds at a cheaper price 🤗

Diced chicken, dipped in egg, then transferred in to a bowl of gluten free flour, Parmesan cheese and dried rosemary, then shallow fried.
Broccoli and parsnip lightly charred with olive oil and lemon juice, accompanied by the best carb - boiled potatoes!

Does anyone else reach the ‘hangry’ stage & just crave everything lowfodmap or not!
One tip I would give from experience, don’t go food shopping hungry 🙈 this happened to me & after seeing everything I couldn’t have but wanted I had a mini breakdown like a kid in a sweet shop who gets told they can look but not touch 🙈🙈. Thankfully I spotted some GF rolls, along with GF breaded ham & made this epic roll (I’ve always been a sucker for any type of sandwich/roll/baguette 😍) Does anyone else get to this stage & eat stuff they know will upset their tummy just because of the crave? A few years back this would be me but now I feel like I have it a lot more under control & try to think of fodmap alternatives for my cravings.. I mean I think my face in this photo says it all 😂.

Really loving having bliss balls on hand as a snack for when I want something sweet after dinner 🤗 these aren’t low FODMAP but still delicious and all natural ✌🏻
You just need to blitz up the following in a food processor:
⚡️ 1/4 cup desiccated coconut, plus some extra for rolling
⚡️ 1/3 unsalted peanuts
⚡️ 5 medjool dates, chopped
⚡️ Pinch of pink salt
⚡️ 1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder

I was heartbroken when I left my free from shortbread at home (especially when I saw a Kit Kat hiding out in the hotel mini fridge), only to find these chunky chocolate chip cookies in Sainsbury’s. Have no fear, the holiday is saved 🙌🏼
What do you do to add flavor when you’re following the low-FODMAP diet? Eating doesn’t have to suck. Raw chicken is not as nice looking as cooked chicken, but this is what my chicken looks like seasoned with #fodmapfriendly FODMAP @paleopowder. I use the powder on chicken, ground turkey meat and our favorite is when we sprinkle it on salmon. This takes a boring IBS meal to a delicious #lowfodmap meal. Simple yet delicious summer dinner in the garden made by my mum! Sea bass served on a mixed salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, peppers, radish, carrot and celery drizzled with balsamic glaze. We had a few new potatoes on the side too. I’m feeling so relaxed and full of good food. Hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend in the sunshine ☀️

What type of takeaway is most awkward for your dietary requirements? 🤷🏼♀️ Gluten makes a lot of Chinese food a no-go for me, but onion and garlic make nearly all Asian dishes off-limits, plus most Indian dishes too 😞 On the other hand, fish and chips is perfect for me as long as they do gluten free batter in a separate fryer - so I can’t complain! Fortunately, Mark will be helping me to make more Chinese-style dishes gluten free and low FODMAP for the foreseeable future 😄 Let me know if there’s any other dishes you miss!
