Pull ups using mechanical drop set technique.
In normal drop set you decreasing the weight after reaching the failure.
Here I started with the tougher version of exercise going to failure then moving to lighter version again to failure and then one more time.

In this particular case I was changing the grip from the wide through medium to narrow.

Tricky to keep swapping a camera from right to left hand in a race but worthwhile to show people what a ParkRun 5km race looks like! Staying hydrated is ๐Ÿ”‘ when it comes to performance and recovery.

Here are my tips to help maintain good hydration throughout the day. โณ Drink little and often. Aim for between 2 to 4 litres per day depending on your activity for that day. ๐Ÿšฝ Check your urine when you go toilet and if it's yellow or dark you need to drink more water. ๐Ÿ’ก Natural green teas are a good way to replace soft drinks, juices and sports drinks. ๐Ÿบ Alcohol dehydrates you so if you are going to have a drink make sure you also drink one glass of water for every pint. 
Bottom line is, if you want to piss excellence then you need to stay hydrated!!

I invited Yin Yoga into the corporate world for the first time yesterday evening and they lapped it up ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป I am so excited to continue my journey on the yin path by taking more @jsummers modules and really focusing on the human body more as I teach. Itโ€™s so easy to get caught up in the postures of yoga. This idea of perfect alignment. Striving for the โ€œadvancedโ€ postures. I canโ€™t remember the last time I tried crow pose. Because why? So I can balance on my forearms for a photo? It doesnโ€™t resonate with me right now. Yes itโ€™s fun to try but I donโ€™t strive for these postures at the moment. My practice is shifting. Feeling my body, learning to listen to the sensations, moving with ease and understanding, is whatโ€™s important to me. And itโ€™s what I bring to my classes. Integrating Yin principles into my Yang practices is really changing my teaching. I will always be a slow paced teacher. I spent the past 6 months worrying that Iโ€™m not as strong as others or my practice is too soft. I have a lovely student who always tells me she comes to my hot classes because she knows what to expect and knows it wonโ€™t knock her over the edge ๐Ÿ˜‚ She will go to a particular teacher for a real strong hot flow and to me when she wants a more gentle one. And itโ€™s funny, coming from a personal training background I thought Iโ€™d be bringing a fitness element to classes once I began but itโ€™s the complete opposite. Move with gentle ease is more my thang ๐Ÿค™๐Ÿป excited to continue to grow! โ€ข To the yoga teachers out there - have you grown into a different kind of teacher than you once expected to be? โ€ขAnd yoga students - have you experienced a change in your favourite teachers teaching as they grew into their own? ๐Ÿค”

Keeping very active on my travels around Japan.. whilst Iโ€™m doing a tonne of walking, Iโ€™m doing body weight (resistance with bands) circuits wherever I can. This mornings consisted of a banded legs circuit (in the high rep range), followed by conditioning (stair sprints, burpees, push ups, squat jumps).
