My WHY for posting about fitness and nutrition.
I actually care about people and their health.
After overcoming my own health struggle and finding a simplified nutrition and fitness plan I want to SHOUT it from the roof tops!
It's actually EASY!
I want YOU to see the light at the end of the tunnel too!
That's why I post in Facebook and share my journey like crazy in my IG stories. (ChristenLewis38)
Because just like you, I used to watch and follow a girl just like me.
Sharing about her struggels and her life journey.
I used to get so mad at myself and cry in my closet when it was time to get dressed.
Nothing fit right, NOTHING!
My self confidence was in the gutter!
I was so unhealthy!
I was on the edge of being on diabetes, cholesterol and high blood pressure meds.
All at the ripe age of 25!
Yep! It was bad!
But, it was my fault!
No one else's.
But that all changed when I took that girls hand and
LET her help me.
That's what I want to do for you! Because, I'm a coach now and it gives me the joy to help others find their joy again. Now, people grab my hand for help and it's such a blessing to see them come alive and OWN their life.
Food does not have to own you. STOP being a prisoner in your body.
You can learn how to actually live life again and LIVE everyday to the FULLEST and actually enjoy events again that revolve around food.
