My @weightwatchersuk journey has been a life changing one. As you can see I was a BIG child. I'm not boned I'd say. Born premature but made up for it now!!! I did try and diet but never properly. Always said if it affected my health I'd do it. Then I'm 2004/5 I changed doctors. They said I had high blood pressure for someone my age and said to lose weight or I may jave to go on pills. I was 15st something (can't remember exact) so I tried. I did lose a stone but took me a YEAR!! Then the doc suggested I try 'one of those slimming club's' so in January 2006 I walked through @weightwatchersuk doors. By the November I'd got to goal 🌟🌟 9st 11lb!!! I'm not that now but I'm a happy 11st 2lb I do get into the tens now and again but I'm not fussed I found 9st hard to maintain. My blood pressure is fine I'm a healthy happy 46 year old!!! I'm also still changing my body shape thanks to a new love of exercise
@jasonjk89 classes are so enjoyable you don't realise your exercising.

Вы же зубки чистите не смотря на то сколько их и в каком они состоянии ,а если кариесы часто - стараетесь есть меньше сладкого и после еды снова чистить 😉
Так и с телом : самый лучший подарок для «деревянного» - маленькие шажочки в сторону гибкости 🐍
До фига гибкости ? Иди в сторону сложных балансов , развивайте силу.
Неинтересно ? Уйди глубоко в себя и дыши , дыши уджайи и считай вдохи выдохи всю практику - кайф после обеспечен 😉

Something finally clicked for me! I’m actually feeling my upper back start to engage now. Instead of just bending entirely through my shoulders. I’ve never been able to feel this before in my bridge. I’m pretty sure it has to do with the fact that @catie.brier.contortion made me start pushing up into my bridges instead of rotating through my shoulders the easier way. Thanks for all the help at #contortionintensive2018 ! I took a month off when I got home to give my back time to heal from my injured spot. Just started working my way into training again and so happy to be off to a good start.
Foam Rolling, should you be doing it?
Hell yes you should be!! BENEFITS INCLUDE:
-increased blood flow
-speeding up muscle recovery
-increasing range of motion.
But when should I foam roll you might ask? Well that all depends on you. However what I would recommend is getting your own and doing your rolling before bed, because it can also help you fall asleep faster, and will not hinder your performance. .
If that’s just not an option, get it done while at the gym, give yourself 10minutes to roll out your whole body, that’s all you need! #foamroller#myofascialrelease#mobility

Hello, I’m 32 + have NO gymnastic background.
Every pull-up, every bit of flexibility, & everything I know about gymnastics strength training was built as an adult.
Today marks the beginning of fulfilling a lifelong dream! This is my second tumbling class ever (First was last week) + I’m so excited to learn these skills.
First video is a back handspring, second is a back walkover. We had no coaches tonight so I didn’t feel comfortable enough to try the back tuck on my own.
The point is that it’s never too late to start getting stronger or more flexible. You’re never “too old.” In fact - it will make you younger!
