What I realized was SO amazing was that my paycheck THIS week was a 900% raise from my first paycheck just 2 years ago. What the WHAAAATTTT?!?! Yup. 900%. You know I like to joke, but I kid you not. 😐

I've NEVER been in control of my own paycheck like this before. It's absolutely amazing to know that the harder you work, the higher your pay. I am COMPLETE CONTROL and it's positively liberating. .
🚫 NO cap on my raise based on "company policy"

🚫 NO waiting for an annual review once per year to see that increase .
🚫 NO one to tell me how many hours I have to put in to earn the income I desire, or when to be present to put in the work. .
I work AROUND my family schedule. I earn this extra income WITHOUT leaving the house 🏡 . I DON'T sacrifice time with my kids 👩‍👧‍👦. I can do it all FROM MY COUCH, in my comfies 👖. .
I mean honestly...how lucky am I? I am thankful EVERY SINGLE DAY for this opportunity. .

I’m just back from holiday yesterday, 5 days in sunny Spain 🇪🇸, I ate whatever the fuck I wanted, my day consisted of eating golden grahams & coffee for breakfast, heading out the door to explore the beautiful sites, snacking on water, fizzy drinks (full sugar), sweets,  ice cream, dinner was Spanish food or something like a burger & fries or a takeaway. Some nights I went out so had some quite a few pink gin 🍸

Relax! Your on holiday, enjoy the local food, drink some alcohol, enjoy the sites. Your on holiday what? ONCE A YEAR if even right?

Did I binge everyday? No.

Did I enjoy foods that weren’t so nutritious, in portion sizes I wouldn’t have if I was at home? Yes.

Do I feel guilty? No.

Today I hit the gym and eased myself back on track with eating 👊🏼

I always choose a Flow because it’s good for my mind, body, and soul.  There’s nothing like the feeling of deepening your breath and connecting to the way your body moves.  The biggest challenge for some when it comes to 🧘‍♀️ is clearing your mind and turning off the chatter. .
Remember that it’s a PRACTICE.  Just like anything else, it gets better with time, but you have to have PATIENCE and PERSISTENCE. .
