👍👎Yes and no. Should you regularly eat calorie dense foods and expect to lose weight? No. No you fucking shouldn’t.

🤔 Can you enjoy fast food and junk foods in moderation? Yes, of course you can!🤩

👉Here’s a few tips to help stick to your diet, whilst also including some junk in your diet!
#
1️⃣ Eat a few hundred calories less in the days leading up to or days after your high calorie meal
#
2️⃣ Do a little extra cardio before you eat your calorie dense meal
#
3️⃣ If you’re having something with multiple components, such as Chinese food, make sensible choices for sides. Eg. Boiled rice rather than fried, avoid chips and prawn crackers
#
4️⃣ If Indian food is your weapon of choice, either make a healthier choice (not a creamy sauce) if you want a creamy one ask for the sauce to come separately and use it sparingly
#
5️⃣ If you’re not dieting for a bodybuilding competition, then you can probably just enjoy what you want to eat and get over it! As long as you get back to your diet the next day, the reality is there’s very little harm done!

As long as you’re not going hundreds of calories over on a regular basis, you shouldn’t worry too much!

In regards my physique development the best thing i have done is tracking.
The more you track the better feedback you will get. Tracking your training progress and daily food intake will help you tremendously with your progress.
Tracking your training will help you to see if you’re training hard enough and to keep training harder overtime in order for your body to keep growing.
Tracking your nutrition on a daily basis helps you to adjust if you want to put on weight or lose some.
Without keeping a track of those two major things you won’t really be able to ensure that you are doing the best you can to progress and achieve your goals.
I’m not saying that you must track them or you can’t improve without tracking. But for those who seek the best results, i think they should...

Real fat loss is done by losing roughly 0.5-1% of your BF per week 🔥 that’s not alot but compound that by weeks on end and that’s when you see major results! In my bikini prep my weight stalled for a solid 7️⃣ weeks but @paulrevelia helped me push through. I kinda let myself go my 2017 off season because I was depressed and living in a toxic environment 😕 once I got out of that place, committed to my coach and my body results happened!

Why is it so insane!? Because I know that if I hate my workouts I'm not going to stick with them. I also know that when I feel that I'm restricting myself from the foods that I enjoy that I will give up on my #faddiet and gain the weight back. And when the weight comes back it's usually with a few additional pounds from binging due to depriving myself.

The cycle is crazy, it's discouraging, and it's draining. Do you want to stop feeling insane!?

My top tip for staying hydrated is ALWAYS keeping a reusable bottle with my. My 30oz @yeti literally never leaves my side & the water is always iced cold. How could I not drink at least 5 of them a day. You feel me?😅

If you struggle with your water intake I want to challenge you to improve on it this week. If that means just adding ONE extra glass a day, then start there. I mean, how can you resist all of those benefits we've just listed after all?!🙏🏻

What an amazing weekend 😍 so yesterday bae surprised me and took me to Stratford-upon-Avon for a weekend together and rented us the most beautiful little thatched cottage and we had a no phones weekend and we spent the weekend exploring and eating and drinking all the goodness! Last nights dinner at @loxleysrestaurantandwinebar was absolutely UNREAL!! I had pesto scallops to start, sea bass with crab and chilli risotto for main and for dessert I had white chocolate and tonka bean creme brûlée with hazelnut shortbread and white chocolate ice cream 🍦 honestly one of the best desserts I’ve ever had 😍🤤

Struggling to gain weight but eating "alot" ? You're simply not eating enough, or maybe compensating throughout the week with additional activity/ingesting less calories on other days. -
Struggling to lose weight even though you're "starving yourself"? You're definitely not counting those late night snacks, or you're laying on your couch all day.

You see, even though you feel  it might be "more difficult for you" it doesn't mean you can't do it. -
While I think somatotypes "exist", I don't attribute them to a genetical factor, but rather to a cultural and environmental habit. You think you eat "a lot" because that's what's standardized as "a lot" in you're head. Your daily intake might be a snack for other people. It's all about perspective, and if the amount of food/activity you eat/do is not giving you the results you think you're working for, you're either not being true to yourself or you need to actually start tracking it and be consistent. -

When it comes to changing your body composition, there's no "genetical factor" that can hinder you from reaching your fitness goals. Struggling to gain weight but eating "alot" ? You're simply not eating enough, or maybe compensating throughout the week with additional activity/ingesting less calories on other days. - Struggling to lose weight even though you're "starving yourself"? You're definitely not counting those late night snacks, or you're laying on your couch all day. - You see, even though you feel it might be "more difficult for you" it doesn't mean you can't do it. - While I think somatotypes "exist", I don't attribute them to a genetical factor, but rather to a cultural and environmental habit. You think you eat "a lot" because that's what's standardized as "a lot" in you're head. Your daily intake might be a snack for other people. No matter what you are going through, God is with you always. No matter the struggle, Jesus is in the struggle with you. He’s holding onto you and he is going to help you through your struggle. No matter how big or how small. 
I know sometimes you might feel like you are completely alone, and that no one else knows what you’re going through. I’ve been there, felt that, felt alone! But it’s not true! Jesus is going to bring you through whatever struggle you are going through. He is going to bring out on the other side, holding your hand along the way. 
So whatever struggle you might be facing right now, know that you’re not alone. {If he brings you to it, he will bring you through it}

People always want to talk down upon someone or have a roast against someone for always posting about a lifestyle they want to live. Constant judgement about things they have posted before or recently. Instead of taking the next step in there lives , they take a step backwards to hound another person of a passion they love. I post daily about me working out! Why? Not only do I love working out, but it’s something I use to 1.clear my head 2. Feel better about myself and 3. To live the healthy lifestyle. 
To many people enjoy sitting and judging rather than moving forward and encouraging. If you live that way in anything you do, block those people out. Block out the negative and find ones that want to see you strive and take that next step. Live life happy, not trapped in a bubble because your afraid to come out of it! 🔒🔑

Wow is that an ab I actually see???? Whattttt??? 👀😂 But in all seriousness, I know abs aren’t everything, but it’s pretty cool to see some core definition, even if it’s only a little. Funny thing is, I’m up in weight since starting with @jmihalyfit but feel tighter. Just another reminder that the scale is only one way to gauge progress, and often, it’s complete bs. As Justin says, “weight is just gravity”. If you feel better, see progress, and are getting stronger, then literally fuck that stupid scale 🙌🏼 •
