Quando nos aventuramos nesta “Jornada do Fitness”, temos sempre como objectivo melhorar uma componente que seja importante para nós. Perder massa gorda, ganhar massa muscular, ser mais saudáveis ou até conseguir levantar de uma cadeira sem dor.

No entanto, para que o processo ocorra de forma eficaz e previsível (dentro da natural imprevisibilidade humana), é necessário mensurar e avaliar o processo ao longo do tempo. Se não avaliares o teu progresso, como sabes o que deves ajustar?

O peso é a ferramenta mais simples caso tenhas uma relação de amizade com a balança. Pesa-te 2 a 7 vezes por semana em jejum, faz uma média dos valores obtidos nessa semana e compara-a ao longo do tempo. Embora seja uma variável que pode fluctuar drasticamente de dia para dia, pode ser uma excelente ferramenta para avaliares o teu progresso.

Mais uma vez, não te esqueças de medir sempre nas mesmas condições.

Por fim, 2 variáveis que muitas vezes são esquecidas são a performance no treino e o tamanho das peças de roupa. I'm finally taking time this morning to go over some notes and reflect on the weekends @macnutrition residential.

It's a little sad that it's the last one as part of my honours before the exams and graduation, but the takeaways have been immense.

How much more confident I am at, not just nutrition coaching, but overall, due to the level of education on this.
⠀⠀
Along with it i've met so many really cool people and made some awesome friends. It's as they say, *you're only as good as the people around you*, although i'm not sure if someone actually did say that.

Sometimes we can get so caught up in self-improvement and achieving our goals that we forget to look around and see exactly how much things have changed due to consistently and the pursuit of getting better.

I look at it like this:

“Am I better this week than I was last?”
⠀⠀
If yes, maintain, add, or adjust, and continue repeated actions and thinking.
⠀⠀
If no, reflect on why, adjust or remove, and go again.
⠀⠀

🔸GÂTEAU COURGETTE 🥒 CHOCOLAT BLANC 🍫🔸. Vous commencez à me connaitre moi et mes envies bizarre et farfelu en tout genre 😄
Alors ça ne vous étonnera pas de voir que j'ai mélangé de la courgette , des haricots blancs avec du chocolat 🙆.
C'est un mélange très surprenant mais le goût final est excellent 👍.

🔸 Ingrédients Pour 6 parts : 🔸
🔹70g de courgettes 🥒
🔹240g d'haricots blancs 🥄
🔹60g flocon d'avoine 🥄
🔹60g whey vanille 🍼
🔹1 blanc d'oeuf 🥚
🔹50g chocolat blanc 🍫
〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️
🔸Recette :🔸
🔹 Rincer les haricots blancs du liquide de leur boîte de conserve en les passant sous l’eau avec une passoire.
🔹 Eplucher la courgette et la découper en morceaux. « la courgette doit rester cru ».
🔹 Faites fondre le chocolat blanc au micro-ondes.
🔹 Mettre tous les ingrédients ensemble et mixer jusqu'à que la mixture soit onctueuse.
🔹 Faites cuire le mélange pendant environ 20 minutes à 200℃ dans un récipient en silicone.
🔹À déguster chaud ou froid , les deux sont délicieux 😋👌.

Bom dia 2a feira 🌟 Esta foto é do lanche de ontem e não do pequeno almoço de hoje. Ontem lanchei 1 iogurte natural + 1scoop de whey de baunilha + granola + 1 cubo de chocolate kit kat de manteiga de amendoim ❤️ Há um ano atrás seria quase impensável comprar um chocolate destes e comer só um cubo, mas ontem foi mesmo isso que fiz. Estava a apetecer-me e com peso e moderação não faz mal 😊 O pequeno almoço hoje foi meloa e torradas de manteiga de amendoim! Hoje á noite já sei que vão haver docinhos porque o meu irmão faz anos 😍

Как я вчера себя плохо чувствовала, вы бы знали. Спала очень много, очень много пришлось отлеживаться и пить лекарства. 
Сегодня уже лучше, тем более я проснулась в 8 утра, даже лицо выглядит более-менее) 
На сегодня планы:
Поехать по делам, мб погулять, потом как обычно дота и работа. 
Последние несколько дней очень хочется куда-то взять и поехать (особенно на какие-нибудь курсы) , но понимаю что тот же СПБ обойдётся в круглую сумму :/ Да и быстрых интенсивов там нет сейчас. .

If you're a skinny guy, you need a different approach to build muscle than the "average" guy. Your metabolism is faster than a Delorean going back to 1985. The more you eat, the more your metabolism speeds up, but it's a race you can win. Here's how:
-
Eat 3 solid food meals per day. Take a dinner plate and fill 1/4 of the plate with protein (meat, fish, eggs, etc), 1/4 of the plate with starchy carbs (potatoes, rice etc), and half the plate with vegetables.
-
Between meals, drink 3 supershakes per day containing 1 scoop of whey isolate, nuts, spinach, water, and a frozen banana.
-
Lift weights 3x per week using a full body workout. Each workout, try to get stronger in each and every lift.

On top of this, sleep at least 7 hours per night and take 5g of creatine per day.

The muscle is really under tension for the majority of the exercise which keeps your lats and rhomboids engaged. 🍆100g de Farinha de Berinjela (pode sim ser substituída, use a imaginação🤗)
🍆8g de Farinha de Tapioca (usei seca, não hidratada)
🍆8g de Psyllium
🍆5g de Chia ou Linhaça (sim pode ser farelo/farinha)
🍆1/2 colher de sopa de Fermento
🍆250ml de água morninha
🍆Sal Marinho a gosto

🍕Misture todos os secos primeiro (tudo menos a água)
🍕acrescente a água devagar até dar um ponto bom (massagear com as mãozinhas)
🍕tampa com uma toalha e deixa descansar 15 min
🍕esticar a massa (sugiro esticar bemmmm, se grudar molhe o utensílio com água ou óleo)
🍕Pré aqueça a massa por 15-20 minutos em forno preaquecido a 180-190 graus enquanto prepara seus recheios favoritos
🍕Os meus de hoje foram: Molho Vermelho + Levedura Nutricional + Cogumelos, Abobrinha, Cebola, Pimentoes salteados com Alho granulado e Paprika.
🍕Assar por mais 10-15 minutos com os recheios e prontinho!!!!

Breakfast: chocolate chia pudding with yoghurt, berries, banana and choc granola 🍫
Morning tea: rice cakes with tuna and avo 🥑
Lunch: peanut butter sandwich, cheese stick, veggies and strawberries 🍓
Pre-workout snack: @yoproau with rockmelon, blueberries and granola 🍈
Dinner: Blacken fish with corn, tomato and avocado salsa and sweet potato chips 🍠
Dessert: raspberry mini magnum (this are amazing!) My calories are slowly creeping up with this weeks intake is around 1825 ☺️

I made them on sprouted spelt bread for extra protein 🥜 Meals for today and Wednesday: Breakfast: chocolate chia pudding with yoghurt, berries, banana and choc granola 🍫 Morning tea: rice cakes with tuna and avo 🥑 Lunch: peanut butter sandwich, cheese stick, veggies and strawberries 🍓 Pre-workout snack: @yoproau with rockmelon, blueberries and granola 🍈 Dinner: Blacken fish with corn, tomato and avocado salsa and sweet potato chips 🍠 Dessert: raspberry mini magnum (this are amazing!) My calories are slowly creeping up with this weeks intake is around 1825 ☺️

It feels a bit disingenuous to post a picture of some super healthy concoction when most of my calories from today have come from apple cake, coffee cake and noodles 🤷🏼‍♀️ It’s been one of those days (or shall I say WEEKS?) soooo instead here’s a touristy picture of me in SAN FRANCISCO (I realize I have like no pics in my own city).

I’m not always cooking (I try) and I’m not always eating freakishly wholesomly (I generally try) but I also enjoy not trying as apple cake is too delicious and health is about balance and fitting seamlessly into one’s LIFE not about perfection and rules.

🔺 Ce gros cheat a été consommé avec plaisir et sans gavage. J'ai apprécié chaque bouchée sans tomber dans l'excès (chacun sa propre notion d'excès et de quantité de nourriture tolérable 😂), et ça c'est une autre victoire car j'avais peur de partir en crise de boulimie direct après tant de privations. Encore une fois, la présence de ma mère et de mon frère que je n'avais pas revu depuis 6 mois m'ont vraiment aidé à me contrôler je pense. 😊

i LUV sunday gym days. it’s way less packed, and way more peaceful. I allow myself to take the time to have a GREAT workout, as opposed to during the week, when I’m just scrambling to get in any movement I can.

since I’ve been having some pain in my knees & hips due to my collapsed arches (...just jaime things 🙄) (dw I have a podiatrist helping me), I’ve been focusing on perfect form and slowing down my movements. this is great for increasing time under tension which allows for a great workout, but keeps pain low and safety high during my lifts.‼️

here’s your reminder to take  C A R E  of your body. yes, working out and eating well to look your best is great, but it’s always important to remember that the body you’re in rn is the only one you’ll ever have, and it’s your responsibility to take care of it for the rest of your life. idk about u, but I want to be that cool grandma that’s still killin it at age 90, ya feel? 👵🏼

Il y a plus d’un an, nous avons pris la décision de partir, de réaliser notre rêve 🌎 Tout cet argent que j’ai gagné en 5 ans de travail, c’est pour ça : vivre des expériences formidables dans 2 continents.

Ce n’est pas toujours facile. Il y’a parfois des galères, nous avons vécu une galère dès le début (copiage de nos cartes bancaires et retraits frauduleux, donc nous voyageons avec qu’une seule), énormément de transport, faire & et refaire son sac, c’est notre routine!

10 mois dans une vie pour vivre ce genre d’expérience unique aux côtés de son homme 🙎🏻‍♂️Je serai fière de dire à nos enfants que nous avons vu du pays, que nous avons vécu des choses magnifiques 🤩

Je vous souhaite de réaliser vos rêves ✨ certes le sport 🏋🏾‍♀️ prend une partie de ma vie mais nul ne vaut ce que je vis actuellement!

Takže jsem měla s bílkovinami smůlu, holt jsem bílkožrout a miluju tvarohy, maso, vejce,.. 😍
Takže padla #mojeovesna z 80g vloček @mornflake , které mi opět došly, takže už 4.balení 3kilové je v trapu 😂😍 (já snědla 12kg vloček od května?? To snad ne😂)
👉 Přidala jsem cuketku, pudink čoko-máta od @droetker_sk ❤️
👉 Pak už jen @lifelikefit nejlepší proteinové másílko + mandlové. Od @natuczech  malinovo-kokosové a od @luckyalvincz summer edition na dlabačku, u kterého se hrůzostrašně blížím ke konci 😯😮 #kuchar007
