It is!! 🙌 As I'm planning to do a lot of inversions tutorials for the next days, I've decided to start from the basic: CORE 😊
I have a 6-8 min core workout that I do everyday to warm up (after a 2-3 min wrist warm-up) that I'm posting in the lasts two videos 😊 I've already posted this like a month ago but I'm reposting it because I still like it a lot!! if you do that excercises for 4-6 times a week I'm sure you will notice the difference! 💓💓🙌 don't let 8 min defeat your inversions dream🙌

I will give a little overview of my sport career 🦋 I started #gymnastics when I was 3 years old, until 18 years I was professional gymnast 🤸♀️ I competed in many competitions and won champions of 🇷🇺,🇰🇿,🇺🇦 . I earned Master of Sport and decided to stop my professional career🦋 After couple years I moved to Iowa state,where I was part of Iowa ballet school and I performed #nurtcracker 👯♀️
Now I’m teaching kids and adults 🦋 People who want to keep in shape,be flexible and have a good body condition are always welcome to take my class 🦋 As well as teens,kids that participate in sports and need to improve their skills🦋
This past weekend 7 AMAZING Secret Sisters competed in the @polesportorg Nationals Championships. And they brought back SIX medals!! Some continued to train all the way through after Pacific Pole champions back in April and some had their very first competition. It takes a lot of mental and emotional strength to get through pole training on top of the physical demands of preparing for a performance. We commend you for all your hard work and dedication to represent our studio. Thank you so much for blessing us with your dance and presence AND for leveling all of us up!! 💓

Summer is almost over and I am so excited because that means our dance and gymnastics classes will be starting back in full force soon! And I may be biased, but I’m positive I have the absolute best students! You all are truly “Above the Barre”

So understand that what we get from our teachers is a gift. The time our teachers give us, often without thanks, is because they know that to be a good student is, by extension, to be a good person. It's not an easy path, for either one, sometimes there is resistance, struggle and even tears. It's a process. They are there to challenge us, make us look deep into ourselves, and eventually turn up the brightness of the light that's already there 🔥
