Join the men of Black Boy’s OM for a week long men’s yoga challenge celebrating brotherhood and humanity. As the holidays approach, now is a time to remember the importance of being there for others and lifting each other up. Are you your brother’s keeper? Team up with one of your fellow brother yogis and conquer a week long challenge filled with balance, strength and focus. (Challenge Guidelines)
Each participating team of two yogis must follow each host and post the challenge to their Instagram profiles.

Teams must tag challenge hosts and use the hashtag with every post.
To qualify as a winner, teams must participate each day.
Participants will have the option to post the beginner option or advanced option for more challenging poses.
Participants must be very creative with posts to demonstrate brotherhood.

so i know a dumbass who wasn’t warmed up and moved a 225’ loaded trap bar LESS THAN A FOOT without taking it seriously, calf and hamstring seized up overnight. AND THEN the dummy got bored and practiced inversions KNOWING one wrong move would jack me... OOPS, i meant “him” up. great mindfulness exercise, you pay attention when you know your body is on the line 🙏🏽✨
