When you’re very flexible and need to get a good hamstring stretch.
This is my go-to stretch when my hammies and lower back are tight.
If you don’t have the flexibility, you can still benefit from this stretch.
Put your toes at the edge of a box, hold a 25 pound plate with both hands, bend your knees, and lean forward. Make sure you press your stomach onto your thighs so you fully extend and lengthen your back.

Flexibility for the Mind
By stretching many part of the body, it could become more flexible through time.
Vice versa with the mind, try to stretch out it view and perspective from many angle, then we can get more understanding about what is going on ... then with that ... we could let go many attachment one by one.

So earlier I saw the amazing @movewithrockinrobin doing some pretty stellar stuff hashtagged #toesuptuesday then the homie @fusiontheory_ let me in on the calesthenic savagery that went along with the tag. Definitely go check out both their pages to see their dope movements and much more of their athleticism. .
So here's what I came up with for my Toes up Tuesday. No calesthenics but amazing core work involving flexibility, hamstrings, back, arms, breathing... Let's just say total body! .
So essentially the higher up the bench the more intense the feel. I left a slight incline because of a tight hamstring not allowing full stretch at the time. But all around killer movement to add to your core, back, leg, arm or any day you're breathing. Lol .
