Friday Night Baby BITE. Deadlift 675 lb x 1RM. Haven’t touched this weight in over 4 years and year 39 is around the corner (Old Man Strength is starting to activate). I don’t have a DL goal, but a few of my goals are to continue taking care of fam, DL so HARD that it brings 8ball and MJG out of retirement to end mumble rap, and each ONE teach 1000 x infinity minus ONE.
