* After 5 mins, pour over 1 slice toasted seeded bread 🍞 * 1 scoop protein in a shake along side!

Sunday lunch thanks to Mumma 💛. Spaghetti bolognese, one of my favourites, but a dish I haven’t eaten at home in many many years. Why? Sadly due to my history with disordered eating, for a long time I refused to eat anything my parents cooked. I was terrified to eat ‘unknown’ foods and incredibly anxious about what may be in them. It’s been a journey, but I’ve slowly managed to let go of that fear of control. Now, by challenging those thoughts, I can see how ridiculous they were. Spaghetti bolognese is a delicious, wholesome meal, even more so when it’s homemade 🍝. And importantly, food is just food. The world doesn’t fall apart when you allow yourself to enjoy a little bit of what you fancy. I promise 🌟. #mylifeisforliving
