EVERYONE CAN BE A VISIONARY ☀️ When we try to imagine or visualize certain situations we tend to refer to past experiences and emotional states we already know.
What happens if you can create a new future without the past?! As a visionary you don’t need your past as a safety anchor but you can create whatever you want.
Pick one of the 4 areas in life where you want to create a change: health, wealth, love, happiness.
Than imagine yourself being healthy, wealthy, loved or happy. How does this look like?
REALLY SEE YOURSELF in that state and not another person. Start to scan the body you see in front of your inner eye and see the changes compared to how you look right now.
Is it your posture that changed, is it a relaxed face, is it a vital well trained body?
Bring your focus to one of those changes that draws your attention the most and then start to question yourself: WHERE DOES this change come from?
Let’s say you see that vital energetic body in front of yourself. Ask yourself: what would change in my life if I would achieve that healthy energetic body? How would my life be positively change by being and living in that body?
Than when you are aware of the long term affects on your daily life try to think of ONE KEY 🔑 ACTION you have to take and integrate in your daily life in order to achieve more vitality. It can be something easy such as staying away from fried food, going once a week to the gym,... don’t make it to hard for yourself.
Eventually you will see how easy you can change your life just by taking small key actions that become habits and make your life better on a daily base. 🙏

Integrity is everything. The choices you make when no one is watching determines the kind of person you are. Don't let circumstances determine whether you do the right thing or not ...always do the right thing! Some people will pick on you, they'll see you bleeding and they'll put salt in your wounds. The same people will see you doing well, see you happy and they'll do anything to try and bring you down. Take the high road and let them go about the world causing hurt and pain because we all know that that pain is just a reflection of the pain they feel within themselves. Just wish them peace and happiness and keep moving forward 💙

That means that all the social media scrolling and watching the people have the body, rocking the business, earning the moula, having the relationship will not bring you your outcome.
I know, because I was the Queen of wanting the breakthrough, but not actually starting.
I watched all the unknown people achieve the things I desired, scoffed at it, judged them 🙄 but stayed the same.
I was desperate for the change in my body, my mind, my wealth and fulfillment, but never did anything about it.
So just start babes.
Forget the how will it happen.
Forget the which way do I go.
The small actions and moments of gratitude will present the bigger actions, clarity in direction and massive amounts of abundance, gratitude and guidance.🙏🏼 You can have it.
You are worth it.
You deserve it.

I used to NOT be a morning person. Seriously, I would always be the last one out the door growing up and as an adult I would snooze my alarm until I had ten minutes to rush out the door. Grabbing a banana if I had one or most times I would skip breakfast. Feeling rushed and behind wasn’t setting me up to for success in my day and I would feel like I was always trying to catch up. Also, not fueling my body properly, mornings were a r.e.a.l struggle.
When I found this community I learned how to create a mindful morning and it has been a catalyst in my life. Having the accountability of knowing mah gals are up crushing the day, lights a fire under my ass to get and get moving.👯♀️

This one is quite dastardly, as there is balance and strength pre-requisites.
Concentric and eccentric (YTT crew!) repetitions from near the ground will be the aim here, whilst keeping integrity and form of the stretch.
Hard. But amusing.
news flash: you don’t have to go to the gym 5, 6, or even 7 days a week to be “fit”
i think it’s easy to assume that the more the better, especially when we’re exposed to fitspo peeps on social media who bang out workouts left and right but that just isn’t realistic for everyone (including me)
personally, i go to the gym/lift three days a week because i truly do enjoy it but on the other days i practice yoga or go for walks with my dog
that’s it. nothing fancy or extreme
the key here is to find movement you enjoy, movement you can be consistent with, and movement that makes you FEEL good -the other details are far less important when it comes to adherence
so take some time to experiment to find a rhythm that works for you and if you need any help with anything, please feel free to shoot me a message✨
first things first - I am loving my new purple and orange fall flowers. I wasn’t sure about them at first but they’re starting to grow on me. plus the purple matches the color of the valor label so 🤷🏼♀️
valor was one of the first blends that caught my attention when I very first joined up with young living. and this month I couldn’t wait anymore I just had to get my hands on some and I am very excited I did! now that I have some I am a little obsessed with the way that it smells I’m not gonna lie, I have been diffusing it just to smell it. it’s very calming and leveling for me - and it turns out it is for a lot of people, that’s one of the main uses of valor!
another big one is the confidence boosting that comes from valor, I haven’t actually gotten to experience this for myself yet, but better believe I will be diffusing and applying it next time I have an interview or audition!
I’ve also heard this is a great one for snoring, I won’t tell you who just yet, but I have someone who is testing that claim out for me - to be determined 👀 though I’ve heard works like a charm. what I can tell you is someone told me it helped with grinding your teeth at night, and while I’m not a grinder, I clench the shit out of my teeth when I’m stressed, even when I’m awake. but this helps!! just putting a tiny bit on my finger and rubbing it (undiluted) on my jaw line = absolutely no clenching of teeth as tight as humanly possible lol.
all in all I have nothing but great things to say and share about valor! 💜 if you use it another way and love it let me know, I want to give it a try!
As a pro Rugby player, I am asked to be tough, fast, dynamic...everything you can think of, but we rarely work-out flexibility and Breathing.
I added those 2 to my daily routine simply by starting to practise Yoga. Oh Yeah!! YOGA!!!
And trust me when I tell you : it is way HARDER than a lot of my trainings!!! 😅😩😁😎
Learning how to breathe properly, how to stretch and train your muscles, ligaments, joints and bones to coordinate in order to achieve flexibility, balance and resistance strength, that'ssome next level shiiii....you cannot even begin to understand how POWERFUL it is!
So if you still didn't try or add it to your training, I got just 1 advise for you : GO FOR IT!!
Get Geared Up and go For it! Anywhere! Home, Gym, Yoga Class!
That's the beauty of it! It's accessible anywhere for any level!
