I literally can’t get over how AMAZING this was. This is what happens when Jo & I don’t want to go to the store so we rummage through the cabinet and I make up something.
HEALTHY HAMBURGER HELPER! 🤪😏
Sautéed some ground turkey with Italian seasoning, onion & garlic powder, salt and pepper.
While that was going boiled some water and tossed in my @eatbanza Chickpea pasta. (No this is not paleo or Whole30 but an awesome and healthy option). When the ground turkey was done tossed into the same pan some cubed broccoli, bell pepper & zucchini (which once added in you couldn’t taste 🤫😉) Final product:
Mixed 1/4 box cooked @eatbanza pasta
3.5 oz cooked ground turkey
80g (or 1/3 cup) cheesy @coreandrind dairy free cashew sauce!
And tossed my veggies in there! (Leftovers of this is.. SO amazing. Keep all the ingredients separate and mix once ready to consume! )
