@oehlmannh and I were worried about the only 4 days a week thing. Well it has allowed us FREEDOM to just live more in the moment. Your workouts should revolve around your life and not the other way around. 🙌🏻

Yep🙋♀️🙋♀️🙋♀️totally guilty. But no one is perfect!! The important thing is that you can pick yourself back up on Monday and get back on track. If you have never been on track.... today is a great place to start!
How do I get on track after the weekend?? 🤷♀️
Start the day with 16 oz of water and continue with that amount around every 60-90 minutes. Hydration!! Clear out that system ;)
I centered all my meals around fresh veggies 🥗then protein and a fiber filled carb!! Yes, I eat carbs. I am a strong believer in eating them (the right ones!) and you can not convince me otherwise lol. People try.... a lot. We all need to do what works for us <3
Exercise. Get moving!! If you were super off track this weekend. Be active today!! I just finished up a 20 minute workout and it made me feel AMAZING!! 🤸♀️🤸♀️🤸♀️
Now it is time for more water, a balanced meal (salmon, asparagus and sweet potatoes!!) and family time <3

Not a lot of working out this past weekend so was great to drop back in today after work.
Haven’t had much in the way of motivation lately, but that stage won’t last long. The key for me is recognizing that I’m slipping a bit, embracing it, then refocusing mentally.
Sometimes that in and of itself is harder than any workout I’ll ever do!
Mindset is EVERYTHING, is it something that you focus on yourself?
The fear of failure is the enemy's best weapon. He'll tell you you're not strong enough, too young, too old, too slow, over weight, under weight, too busy, too tired.... but the enemy is a liar!

Didn't get to the gym today as we are back at the equine hospital visiting Ollie (Mobile Cottage). Got a 10min band session once we got to our room and will try to get another 20mins tonight

Circuit 2, you can kiss my burning ar$e. Please excuse my language. #queenteam you will understand. THIS WAS the craziest leg day EVER, for me.
I was ready to quit in circuit 2.. but pushed through. 1 hour 45 minutes & I was seriously like a freaking squid.
My compromise has been compromised. 😂 I decided to do the entire workout on lower body & challenge days & an hour on other days. No upper body yet. I’m not sure there will be “other days” this week. 🤤🤣 Now, if you will excuse me, I’m going to get a spinal block. 🤪
