Someday I'll be this or that.
Someday I'll travel the world with my family.
Someday our restaurant will be sold.
Someday I’ll walk away from my job.
Someday I'll be home with my kids.
Someday I’ll live abroad under the tropical sun.
My kids didn't stop growing up and someday will always be someday!
And that means that someday it's to late. _
When one of my mentors said to me " Muriël... Someday is okay, but just remember that you can't refund time!"
What do YOU want, write it down and ask yourself how important it is for you to have those things.
And if it turns out that they actually are then change Someday for Today.
Focus on what you want to have today, everyday.
Be open for different ways to get there.
It will always involve new ways of doing, because what you have been doing until now brought you to where you're now.
But most of all, delete Someday from your vocabulary... Starting Today 🙂

We are continuously repeating the same mistakes when it comes to our health.
You know those times when you eat and eat and eat. It tastes amazing at the time but later and the next day you feel like crap. Crappier than crap. Then you say "I'm never doing that again!" *Cough ya right! Or those times you drank your face off. Later that night you are passed out with your skirt around your neck and throwing up all the next day. Again you say "I'm never doing that again!". _______________________________
A week later you are eating your face off (most likely because you decided to over restrict yourself all week. ) And the week after you are 2 Bottles of wine in and dancing on a table!
Why you ask? Good question!! We do what we feel is pleasurable and over time block out what was terrible. That sense of pleasure, even if it's temporary drives us back to old habits.
This is most likely due to life. Stress or not being happy or missing something in your (not being nourished in a part of your life) or all of the above.
You have to get it in your head that that terrible feeling is not something you want again and find out what is missing in your life! I do all this with my clients in my Holistic Living programs.
If you are truly happy and fulfilled. Living a sense of purpose, you won't go to get temporary pleasure from food, or people. Toxic relationships are also the same. You remember the pleasure and that brings you back to avoid being alone.
