The health benefits plus the fact that my body can just run on my own fat ...what?! Well, I cold turkey and hopped on the keto train, keto flu and all. I thought, “what’s the worse that can happen?! I gain weight.”
I’ve invested endless hours of research, pee strip testing my ketone levels and when those did not work anymore, blood testing. Fast forward 2 months I’ve learned so much and still learning about this new way of life and even myself.
Happy to share that in the last 3 weeks I’ve gained 2 lbs of muscle and went from 20.3 to 18.6 BFP. 🙌🏼And I freaking LOVE the food. Learning and taste testing new recipes has been been fun. This girl likes her food @healthynotbland 😋
Constant learning Is key to self development. Want to try something new, DO it. Don’t wait to have all the dots crossed, just jump and figure it out on the way. Commit to it, and track your progress long enough to make an educated judgement. It might be for you or it might not and the only way of knowing is if you really give it your all. .

Inner peace is achieved through more than just physical exercise. Meditation and yoga practice are two great ways to reach a level of mental relaxation unlike anything else.
My daily morning and night routine include some guided meditation for 10-15 min using Calm app. It helps me sleep so much faster and increase the quality of it as well. When we are less reactive to our thoughts at night we can rest better. Overthinking about how the day went or what the next day is going to be like prevents our brain from getting proper restoration, which results in us feeling tired upon waking up.
