I promise I know how to bail safely if I need to, this wasn't a weight that was super heavy (although it was for sure my worst set and I wasn't able to keep my best form), and don't get mad at my friend. He does this kind of stuff to me regularly, and I'm used to it although I was caught off guard this time lol.

We are half way through benchmark December. The whiteboard has been lit up with PR’s 🔥and we’re seeing so much improvement across the board.
We’ll be starting the week off with 2 heavy lifts: test your front squat, and your push press on Monday.

Yesterday, I took my sixth and last final of the semester. That completes my 7/8 semesters!!! What should have been a very easy and simple semester turned into a rather long and difficult semester that almost took me out! Can you imagine having panic attacks and fainting due to physical and mental exhaustion during finals??? It took people who truly have my best interest at heart love and care to get me through my last final. I remember worrying more about passing out in class yesterday than I did about passing the exam itself. I remember my classmate Eze telling me to take deep breaths before/during the exam. I don’t know how well I did on that last exam but I’m glad I didn’t completely walk away from it. .

It’s a bit of a bittersweet moment knowing that I could graduate tomorrow but I decided to go for May 2019 instead! But there’s no rush.
