Here's a home workout to help blast the belly fat, tone the legs and make you stronger. You can do 2- 3 circuits , giving 1min gap in between. Each circuit can have: 
Ex 1 : 10 reps
Ex 2 : 20 reps( Make sure the legs are bent at 90 degrees and stay the same as you move)
Ex 3 : 15 reps 
Ex 4 : 15 reps each leg
Ex 5 : 15 each side ( keep the abdomen engaged throughout and the lower back firmly pressed into the mat. )

Our kids learn from our actions. I’m starting this one early 💪  Sometimes he lets me get a good workout in and other times it’s time to play baseball 🤷🏼‍♀️😅⚾️ Marching, Jumping Jacks, High Knees, and Toe Touches. I like to do a minute of each for a good warm up.  Then I did the squat and press and a deep wide squat pump 👌 After that some Curtsy Lunges and Russian Twists then tried to finish off with my favorite.. ✏️Notes:
🎾 1A: Pretend like you are holding a tennis ball under your chin. That’s how you’ll know if your head is in the correct position. Push your hips back and then pop them forward. Make sure you are not arching you’re lower back as you swing forward.

🦈1B: What your feet, make sure they are going straight up and then back down. Try not to make a circle with your feet as you’re jumping. Also, your knees should not cave in towards each other. Keep them right above your heels please.

🐙1C: Feet glued to the ground and push your hips slightly back. Think of lifting the weights with your lower body and not your arms. This is an explosive movement so punch the sky on the way up! Time it so your legs are fully extended when the weights are above your head.

🐢1D: Stay low and move quickly.

🦑1E: Many times when you feel an ab exercise in your back, it’s because your lower back started to arch. Really pay attention to your lower back being pressed into the ground. Even when your arms are above your head, it should still be pressed hard into the ground.

🦀1F: Think of your butt going down as you’re jumping in and out. Knees stay slightly above the ground. Hands right under your shoulders.
