#realtalk - I still get paralyzed by fear. I still worry what others will think. I still doubt my abilities. I still fail to have faith in my plans. But what I do know for sure, is that I can feel the fear, and do it anyway. Action trumps perfection. Collaboration helps us all. Creativity fuels the fire. Life is about exploring new edges: mental, physical, emotional, spiritual. 😴Rest: As Needed After 1F
🎾 1A: Pretend like you are holding a tennis ball under your chin. That’s how you’ll know if your head is in the correct position. Push your hips back and then pop them forward. Make sure you are not arching you’re lower back as you swing forward.
🦈1B: What your feet, make sure they are going straight up and then back down. Try not to make a circle with your feet as you’re jumping. Also, your knees should not cave in towards each other. Keep them right above your heels please.
🐙1C: Feet glued to the ground and push your hips slightly back. Think of lifting the weights with your lower body and not your arms. This is an explosive movement so punch the sky on the way up! Time it so your legs are fully extended when the weights are above your head.
🐢1D: Stay low and move quickly.
🦑1E: Many times when you feel an ab exercise in your back, it’s because your lower back started to arch. Really pay attention to your lower back being pressed into the ground. Even when your arms are above your head, it should still be pressed hard into the ground.
🦀1F: Think of your butt going down as you’re jumping in and out. Knees stay slightly above the ground. Hands right under your shoulders.
