For the past two years I’ve had this hobby. I lost a bunch of weight, changed my mindset - and wanted to pay it forward. So I started coaching and it’s been the most rewarding “work” I’ve ever done.
But now- I want more. True autonomy exists in this business and that’s what I am after.

Another day, another 880lb pull for @alexslemonade. This one by my friend and one of the greatest deadlifters of all time @doctor.deadlift. Thanks for helping out sir ❤️
We are deadlifting 880lbs (400kg) every day for 30 days to raise money and awareness for children’s cancer.
We are partnering with @alexslemonade Alex's Lemonade Stand, a kid's cancer charity that raises money to fund cancer research specifically for children. It was started by a little girl named Alex when she was 4 years old. She raised over 1 million dollars by age 8 when she passed away from a cancer called Neuroblastoma. Our whole team was heartbroken when we heart Alex's story from her mom Liz on a call. You can read more about the story at 880everyday.com or on the ALSF website.
Why are we doing this, and why am I using my platform and my company’s platform to do this?
Because Kabuki Strength's 4th pillar is Charity, and we believe that making the world a better place through strength should involve giving freely and generously of our time, money, attention, resources, and platform.
Rather than simply drawing attention to ourselves, we’ve found that we can use feats of strength like this to create attention and awareness around a specific cause and have a call-to-action that encourages people to support the cause.

🔸️110kg for 6 reps in the midst of my deadlifts today! 💪🔸️. .
Not happy with my lower back leaning over so if anybody had some tips that would be great 👌 It seems more an issue with my flexibility than the weight on the bar! Had a 25kg, 10kg and 2x 5kg plate on each side if anybody was wondering. Still putting in the work even though it's the weekend! 😎.

Lunch and dinner for the next week!! If got veggies in baggies in the fridge, frozen grapes in the freezer, and little snack boxes of grapes and hard boiled eggs in the fridge as well!
No one ever said meal prep was quick - but do you know how much time I’ll spend next week on eating healthy? About a minute for the microwave to warm it up. 👌👌👌 Dinners are Thai Chicken Thighs with sweet potato and raw carrots.
Lunches are Jamaican Jerk Chicken, shredded on Basmati rice with baked zucchini sticks. Then I threw in a light sprinkling of grated Romano cheese just for some extra yummmm 😋😋 *I may have sampled the jerk chicken... SO YUMMY and not spicy at all. If you like more spice, look for a spicier jerk seasoning!
