Started my morning with some 1k meter row intervals! Been awhile since I’ve been able to get on a rower so i has a hard time maintaining my splits times. All around though was great to get some cardio in without the beating on my knees.

If you have any issues with shoulder stabilization or you’re just looking to build a BETTER, STRONGER joint; this exercise is a perfect movement to add into your routine... I’m doing a single arm version but you can do both at the same time! Make sure that you’re pressing directly overhead and not out in front of yourself. The backward tension, that the cable adds, allows you to get your labrum involved, and that helps to keep your shoulder tight and strong!! Let me know what you think! *

❕Una delle tante tecniche efficaci, finalizzate alla perdita di tessuto adiposo, all'incremento della massa magra ed il tono muscolare, è rappresentato da un circuito che alterna stimoli metabolici di tipo anaerobico a stimoli di tipo aerobico. Come si può intuire dalla figura, il circuito prevede un'alternanza di esercizi ad alta intensità con sovraccarichi esterni, o usando il proprio corpo come sovraccarico (esercizi che alleneranno principalmente i grandi gruppi muscolari come arti inferiori, pettorali, dorso e addome) con esercizi di tipo aerobico lipolitico (dunque attività ripetitive di media intensità). Il circuito può iniziare da ambe due le parti, ma in base al soggetto ed ai suoi scopi sarà opportuno pianificare un punto di inizio e fine. In base alla propria esperienza, il circuito durerà un minimo di 30 minuti fino ad un massimo di 70/80 minuti, e potrà ripetersi anche 4 volte a settimana avendo cura di alternare gli esercizi nei giorni consecutivi. Da ricordare inoltre che nel passaggio da un esercizio ad un altro non sono previste pause. Per chiarimenti o domande scrivetemi e rimanete aggiornati sui prossimi post🤗

1️⃣Hip Thrusts BC Pyramid 4 x 15/10/5/20 with band - you’ll go the heaviest on the 3rd set while keeping good form

2️⃣Close Grip Chest Press Machine 3 x 6

3️⃣DB Stiff Leg Deadlift 3 x 10

4️⃣Neutral Grip Pulldown 3 x 10
- hands inside the bend 
5️⃣Heels Elevated Goblet Squat 3 x 10
- if this hurts your knees you can do just regular goblet squats 😊

6️⃣DB Elbows Out Row (chest supported) 2 x 12

7️⃣Extra Range Side Lying Hip Abduction 2 x 30

I’m starting to do full body workouts which I’ve never done before! Yeah I remember that day.. The picture on the left was taken on New Year’s Day.. i had just finished my workout( it was arm day) and wow it’s so crazy to see how much my biceps had grown over the years.. Consistency is the key.
