Moving is some serious business... but I feel like it’s giving me the perfect opportunity to go through everything and get rid of a ton of stuff! @jeremy_verhagen and I are wanting to basically start from scratch and buy all new stuff for our apartment... sooooo it’s been fun picking everything out 🤗❤️ I can’t wait to moveee!!!

The first picture was takin on June 19th, 2018 the day I went to worlds gym to talk to my coach @brian_localfit about what doing a competition was all about, sitting at 188.7 lbs. ⏩ Now, let’s fast forward 8️⃣ LONNNNG strenuous weeks to show day which was this photo takin on August 18th, 2018...weighing in at a all-time low of 170.6 lbs💀. It’s unbelievable to actually see these photos side-by-side for the first time. It amazes me what the human body can actually do with a PROPER nutrition & training regiment. Fitness has ALWAYS been apart of life and mean ALWAYS. I’d say for the last 8 years of my life it’s been nothing but a hobby up until I started to actually gain legitimate knowledge that I would put to use in my everyday life in the gym as well as in the kitchen which we all know is the most important. The science behind it can simply change someone’s life if only they knew the simplicity of how easy it really can be to navigate and understand, so that you yourself can also challenge yourself to triumphant transformations like mine.‼️😃 -

What an awesome weekend of paddling the downtown Portland scene via the Willamette River! Tougher paddle than we expected! The constant boat wakes, natural current of the river, and high winds made for an unexpected but welcomed killer workout! I haven't been sore from a paddle in a long time! If you're still on the fence about stand up paddle boarding, I encourage you to give it a try. It's soooo much fun! SUP can be whatever you need it to be. SUP can be a killer workout and build obliques like nothing else, or it can be a casual paddle across calm still waters of a mountain lake. You can see into the water so much further than when sitting in a boat, it's amazing! You can sit, stand, lay down, take a nap, break a sweat, whatever your paddlin' lil heart desires. If you're looking for a place to try stand up paddle boarding for the 1st time and you happen to live in the Pacific NW, hit us up! Resistance band is another good alternative for barbells and dumbbells. Can be used to work upper and lower body. Can also be used at home or while traveling. What is circuit training ?
A circuit training is an exercise routine that includes 8-10 exercise stations that suppose to be done in a sequence with a little or no rest. A muscular strength and endurance circuit alternates muscle groups such as upper body, lower body, core. Also includes jogging, running, or jumping.
There is also resistance circuit training that consists of 1-3 sets of resistance exercises including body weight, free weight, barbell, dumbbell and kettlebell exercises.
Circuit training is a creative flexible and time saving way to keep exercising interesting and boost cardiovascular and muscular fitness. #circuittraining #
