As someone who doesn’t normally get stressed, it really affects me when I do. The last few months have kept me in a constant state of being just on the edge of stress, with the smallest things tipping me into it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
December is always going to be a stressful time of year, so we should try to be doing whatever we can to minimise the impact it has on us. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
ESSENTIAL OILS: Oils are my favourite thing to combat any negative emotion in my life. My favourite blend to de-stress is made from geranium, grapefruit and rose. Geranium has a regulatory effect on the nervous system and helps to rebalance moods and emotions. Grapefruit is used to uplift the spirit and release doubt and frustration. Rose opens the heart and releases fear, anxiety and anger. I combine them in a roll on that I apply whenever I feel overwhelmed. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
B VITAMINS: B vitamins boost the nervous system and our bodies use them up fast under stress. Eat foods rich in B vitamins like spinach, sunflower seeds, eggs and nutritional yeast. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Here are the best exercises for hitting your biceps and triceps.
These exercises are proven to have the highest peak contraction of your arms, which can lead to the most growth.
I made the big mistake, in the past, of only training my arms once per week. I was leaving gains on the table. If you’re serious about growing your arms you need to train them at least x2/3 times per week. I started to do this and I added an inch to my arms in a matter of weeks. And so can you!
Put these exercises in your program from now on and watch how quickly your sleeves start to shrink around your arms.

As we get closer to Xmas, I fancied a workout focusing on a few complex, yet important movements, to make the most of the limited time spent in the gym.
10 cal - Ass Bike
10 x air squats
10 x push ups
Loved this warm up. Took me approx 6minutes to finish at a moderate pace, but prepared me particularly well for the leg work to come as the Ass bike is naturally quad heavy, and the air squats further hit the rest of the legs.
5 sets of each (20 reps, 12reps, 10, 8, 6, - increasing weight each set)
Single leg rear deadlift (alternating legs)
Flat bench press
Overhead DB triceps extension
Whilst a session with some of my favourite movements, the best part of this workout was by far the first two exercises. They left me sufficiently pumped and fatigued and hit my whole legs, as well as my lower back and core.
Due to limited time, I then rushed into the flat bench and this is where the workout failed for me today. The leg dominant work at the beginning left my upper body cold, and in the limited time available meant the bench didn't feel great, and my rotator cuffs and general shoulders felt tight and uncomfortable.
In hindsight, I should of kept the emphasis today on lower body and focused pn upper body later in the week, that way you're keeping the blood and 'pump' isolated into a more specific area.
2/5 (could be better if I had more time in the gym to adequately warm my upper body back up after the first two lower body workouts). _

Dedica 5 minute pentru rândurile de mai jos. Mai ales daca esti gravidă sau proaspătă mămică ;)
Din ce in ce mai multe doamne gravide inteleg importanta majora a unei alimentatii SANATOASE si ECHILIBRATE in timpul sarcinii.
Am intalnit tot felul de cazuri in care doamnele gravide faceau foamea ( de frica kilogramelor ) sau dimpotriva mancau fara masura sub pretextul ca "cere sarcina" ca apoi sa se trezeasca cu probleme medicale legate de sarcina si cu depresii legate de kilograme.
Pentru ca sarcina sa decurga in conditii optime, pentru ca mama sa nu ia in plus kilograme mai multe decat este necesar, pentru a evita alte probleme legate de sarcina, pentru ca laptele sa aiba o calitate buna si sa fie cat mai nutritiv, o alimentatie corecta este obligatorie.
ATENTIE : alimentatie sanatoasa, NU dieta !
Clientele mele au 4 mese pe zi. 4 mese foarte gustoase, care arata foarte bine si care nu sunt altceva decat o mancare sanatoasa in cantitatea si la ora potrivita !
Clienta mea de astazi a apelat la mine in luna a 5 a de sarcina.
1 - mânca haotic iar kilogramele deja se stransesera in numar foarte mare. Ajunsese la 82 kg
2 - clienta mea avea diabet gestational
3 - era lipsită de energie si nu se putea odihni cum trebuie.
4 - retentie de apa
După ce am discutat cu ea toate aspectele necesare, m-am apucat sa ii fac programul iar clienta mea a fost încântată sa înceapă un nou stil de viață. După foarte putin timp a început să se simtă energică și motivată, a dat chiar si cateva kilograme jos iar problemele de sănătate s-au ameliorat treptat.
Vizitele constante la medic au arătat o dezvoltare perfecta a sarcinii iar clienta mea a reusit sa NU mai ia deloc in greutate.
Imediat după ce a născut, a ajuns la greutatea de dinainte de sarcina iar acum păstrează acelasi stil sănătos de viață.

2 REMARKABLE REASONS WHY WE EVOLVED TO STAND AND WALK UPRIGHT.
Firstly, standing upright allowed us to build and use tools that would then lead to improving our problem-solving and creativity skills.
Secondly, walking upright became important for moving across long distances safely by allowing us to watch out and avoid potential dangers.
"It allows longer-distance walking and, eventually, endurance running,” says Chris Stringer, a leading anthropologist at the Natural History Museum in London.
However, in this day and age, problem-solving and creativity can be accelerated through the use of the Internet.
Traveling long distances has been made easier through the likes of airplanes, autonomous vehicles, spaceships and even Uber.
With 2018 almost coming to a close, it will be exciting to see all the developments that humans will achieve in 2019 that will make living safer, healthier and more convenient.

Yuletide reminder: Christmas is a time for giving and letting go of the struggles of the year
And what better role model to look up to than Rudolph. I mean this guy was ridiculed for being different. For standing out. For looking silly. But he had the most incredible gift. He became a leader for those who made fun of him. Not because he changed who he was. But because he didn’t! .
